Looks good, feels good on the phone but no fiber. It's not a Pitaka product.The brand is Level written on the case. Again, don't espect a Pitaka. This is plastic. Also the magnetic ring extremely week, almost not usable with magsafe accessories.

The package that the cover came in was not in good condition and partially torn……Other than that the product is perfect fine and looks classy when the phone is put in it.

Pitaka has been around for a while and has well established itself as a premium brand of phone cases and has recently branched off into several other accessories. With the launch of the new iPhone 14 lineup, how does the new MagEZ Case 3 hold up?Although I use to write product reviews for mobile devices and their accessories I like to rock a naked phone, that's how I normally use my phone but with work being so physical these days and being in environments where setting my phone down could get it marred and scratched up pretty badly I looked for a case that can protect my phone without bulking it up too much all while undermining the design that Apple put into the iPhone 14 Pro Max.Fast-forward to my purchase of the MagEZ Case Pro 3 (not the subject of this review), I got the case and loved the fit and finish and especially the weight. After using it for a few days I came to the conclusion that this case was not going to be my daily driver, it would be awesome when I got for a run or a hike but I don't necessarily need drop protection in my day to day. I then turned my attention to the MagEZ Case 3 which offers less drop protection but still a good around of scratch protection.I place an order, my MagEZ Case 3 arrives and wow, this thing fits like a glove. As put my iPhone into it, there is an accompanying gentle but defined click as it fits into place, it hugs the curves of the iPhone like it was made by Apple themselves. The first thing I notice is the feeling in the hand is nearly identical to not having a case on it however the smooth yet very grippy back gives me much more confidence that it won't easily slip out of my hands if I don't grip it like a vice. The surface is soft yet grippy, but won't collect dust and debris like a silicon case does. It can at times be a fingerprint magnet if it's hot out, but cleans up with a gentle cloth wipe. It's less noticeable on the colored variants compared to the solid black, which make fingerprints more apparent.During my time with the case thus far, I noticed a small amount of scratching from setting it down on a rough surface. But after giving it a little rub, the mark was completely removed. What wizardry is this?! I do use a screen protector with this case and even though there is a slight lip on the front of the case to prevent it from being set down directly onto the screen, it does not interfere with the screen protector that I use (Dbrand) as other cases sometimes do. The protective ridge on the camera bump is metal and provides me with full confidence I won't be scratching the lenses every time I place my iPhone down.One thing that surprised me, and I'm still not sure how they accomplished this, is the integration of the magnets into this case. It's so thin, I don't know how they managed to get a magnetic grip so strong without adding bulk to the case at all. I mean the case is just 0.04 inches thick! I've tested numerous accessories including the Pitaka MagEZ Card Sleeve 3.0, Apple Magsafe wallet, Apple battery bank, Belkin wireless charger and Apple Magsafe charger and all products work as well as if there were no case at all.In summary if you are looking for an ultralight case that prevents scratches and scuffs I would definitely recommend the MagEZ Case 3, if however, you are looking for something more substantial for accidental drops, the MagEZ Case Pro 3 is a case you should give a try. Do I think the high price is justified for this case? Absolutely. I bought two in fact. One in the tighter knit 600D Aramid fiber and one in the larger knit 1500D. The splashes of color add to the design without being too distracting or distasteful. The case feels very premium and holds up in my day-to-day use. This is now my daily driver without question.Customer service has been very helpful and supportive on the single occasion I contacted them. Pitaka is branding out into other accessories in the ecosystem with their Magnetic Magsafe Charger, Magsafe Car Charger and Card Sleeve just to name a few. If you're already in the Apple ecosystem and like what you see, you can get matching accessories for many of their other devices such as iPad, Airpods and even Apple watch.

Im a big fan of slim cases and this one Kept my phone protected while maintaining a slim design and feel. It is a bit pricey, but if you have the extra cash on hand and are looking for something slim, protective and stylish, this is the one
