The pillow is a good pillow. I do question the suggestion of buying oversized pillows to fit the sham you have. I bought PB throw pillowcases (26x26) and bought the 28x28 pillow inserts. The pillow insert wants to pop out of the pillowcase. Clearly, the pillow insert is way too large for the pillowcase. I noticed on PB website that they recommend the same size.

Bought 3 of the washable Euro 28" x 28" pillows. Came in 3 boxes, packed into one bigger box. As soon as I opened each box, they fluffed right out. I stuffed them into the linen Euro shams 26 x 26 I had for them. I bought a size up as the manufacturer suggested for a nice full look. I don't feel a chop in the top middle of the pillow for aesthetics will stay like is demonstrated in the photos. Pillows feel nice and firm which will be good for sitting up in bed/ reading. None of the boxes or bags were marked with the size of the pillows (I feel this should be marked on the labels themselves.) Nowhere on the labels were washing or fluffing instructions, I had to come back on Amazon for those (gentle cycle, or throw in cool air dryer for 3 minutes to re-fluff). It is getting harder to find these Euro inserts at regular stores that you can actually wash (most have very cheap inserts), so they are definitely a step or two above in quality.

The Pillowflex Premium 28x28 is absolutely worth the investment. What makes it stand out is its ideal density - substantial enough to hold shape but not overstuffed.
