I have pretty stable feet, but my partner has improved there's so much thanks to this equipment. We researched before purchasing and were pleased by how comfortable this one was to use. There are no complaints in our books and this seems like it will last for years with minimal wear and tear.

It's well built gym equipment. Easy to assemble and use. I bought the model with the thicker padding. It does feel a bit narrow. Good product overall.

Heavy gauge steel well constructed very little assembly required. I like it so much thinking about a second purchase.

I’m very happy with this tib bar. Very heavy duty and works well.I want to mention one thing flagged in some older reviews as a negative. There were comments that the plastic weight collar that comes with the bar would fall off easily or not tightly secure the weights. I’m writing this review primarily to mention that the manufacturer has apparently changed the design on the collar. It fits exceptionally snug and holds on pretty much any amount of weight you could load onto the bar.I’m very happy with this purchase.

Seems sturdy and is comfortable enough. It’s a little narrow, which forces me to concentrate on adducting my hips while using it. I imagine that varies from person to person. Minor inconvenience considering the price.Update: Ended up replacing this with a unilateral tibialis trainer because I struggled to get this to stabilize (would lean right or left all the time).

This mechanism strengthens your tubular all the way up to your quad.

Sturdy, well made, effective for tibialis and quadriceps work. Came with premium and bulky foam cushions, comfortable with just premium foam(roughly 1/4 inch thick). Perfect fit for size 10 men feet; should work well for any size 6-12+; if your foot is at least 7 inch long this should be effective. Wonderful workout addition for leg/knee health - love it, recommend it.

Easily handles 20kg plate. The clip provided can stand up to about 40kg vertical force, which is far more than what is necessary. Superb product.

Is definitly worth getting for the KOT knee rehab, Very greatful for the extra foam padding that came with the package, that was a foot saverThe only drawback for this items is that certain olympic plates will not fit as the pole to put the plates on is too thick. I've sanded mine down with sand paper and is a bit better and not getting stuck anymore.Overall good item otherwise
