Would these work on Powerblock adjustable dumbbells?

The 2.5lb dumbbell plates are too large to fit on most powerblocks. The only exception is the commercial pro series powerblock. They will fit in the sides when the handle is pulled out.

How come there are no bands to hold them together like mthe ones I bought before?

This is the newer updated version with an internal spring intead of a band. Its a better design.

Will these work on a bowflex barbell?

Yes, these will clamp to the bar portion of the bow flex Barbell

Do they work with snode adjustable dumbbells

I see no reason why they would not. they adjust to the size of the handle.
