It pops off easily when pulling the back strap with out un screwing the headset
Good padding fit is ok can’t put it on with out loosing the back nob don’t pull on the back it will just pop off not that big of a deal but still annoying do I think it’s worth $30 nope if it could be flexible plastic that’s moves like the original one on the head set that would be killer tho quality is ehh

Bad product, does not do anything!
Not sure why this is so expensive, cheap plastic item. Provides less cushion than original, cannot in good recommed. Actually provides more disconfert than the original!
