Why does the flow with my 5000 kit run for a couple of hours and then turn in to a dribble? Its useless. I am trying to run just a short waterfall.

Try cleaning the filter.Turn off electric…. Take off the top, don’t lose the 'o' ring. Clean out the container, wash out the filter, in pond water, fill the container back up with pond water, reassemble.. not forgetting the 'o' ring. Hopefully that works

Does the pump come with a right-angled adaptor/flow tap?

Unfortunately not, however, the flexipipe supplied is able to bend to 90 degrees, but does not with a flow tap.

What diameter is the hose for the 5000?

I think it is a standard size for most pumps - about 25mm in diameter

How long is the mains cable ?

I think its 5 meters, but i ran it to a switch first. It doesn't comevwith a plug head so easy to just get more cable and run it to a ip64 switch first. Pump is separate cable from filter which is even longer i think 8 meters
