1 of 2 lights do not work
One light doesn't work unless it is plugged into power. The other works fine. After I experienced the issue I started the return process with amazon and they would only allow a refund and not a replacement so I ordered a new one. What's crazy is that on the 2nd order I got THE SAME ISSUE! Shame on you Aputure. I have so many of their products and use them on a daily basis for work and this has been the worst experience I've had with one of their lights. I've seen this issue in many other reviews and on forums. Interestingly enough, Aputure doesn't even have a product support contact phone number.
