I have only had this back brace for a couple of days, but have found it very helpful for my long-standing back problems. It seems to be well made and is very supportive to my spine.

I was in agony with a recent back problem. Hospital said its back spasms but having had slipped disc and crumbling vertebrae I needed support. This brace is so good, helped me from getting up , going up/down stairs and sitting.I even slept with it on when really bad back spasms.One down side is the belt isn't as well ventilated as others so in recent hot weather I got very sweaty and needed to remove it. But would recommend it . It's a game changer.

wanted something to support my back whilst walking this is absolutely perfectgave good support which helped me walk without my usual back painbut more importantly I used it on a very hot day and because of its construction I didn't sweat anymore than if I hadn't been wearing itfor the price this was absolutely a must have for me and if it lasts just 2 years I wouldn't hesitate to buy another but I suspect it will last longer

I ordered accordingly and it is ok as the measurements were bigger than me. But should have still gone the next size. But it is good quality so still use it.

It is lovely and comfortable easy to use I am a size 16 to 18 and I got the extra large size to gove me more support.

I just liked one for five dollars more but this is still a very good back brace!!

Very easy Lower Back Support. I like it.

My only issue is that it is a bit to wide for me so that when I sit down the brace rises too high.
