The media could not be loaded. I am passionate with the Playground, which is the perfect size and is not complicated to assemble. The instructions are quite clear. Soft wood and the finish is thin. Owned it for a year and most of the finish stain is gone. Took 2 days to put together with many different parts.

The media could not be loaded. This swing set is relatively easy to put together and works great. If this is the first thing you have ever put together it may take you a while, but my father in law and I built it in 2 days. The wood will split if you aren't careful, so pre-drill holes wherever you can and be gentle with it and you'll be fine. The ground stakes work great and hold the playset tightly, so make sure to use them. Some people mentioned water sealing it again, which i did but the wood is already well treated. I also mirrored the picnic table and made a seat for both sides, and now my girls will eat lunch out there anytime they get a chance. Love it!

Assembled in a little longer time than the directions indicated, however the weather was very hot and we had to take frequent breaks (which could very well have affected the time. Directions were good, but often had to go over 2 or 3 times to understand what was expected. All in all, went together well, pre-drilled holes for most assembly places. We did find that the screws and bolts that came with the set were very close to specs (no extras in case a mistake was made). We needed to get more of the smaller screws, because the wood was thin enough that if the 1/4" larger screws were used, the tips went completely through and caused chance for being scratched.

I bought my grand daughter this playground set for her birthday and I’m pretty disappointed. Upon opening the boxes we had multiple pieces that were chipped and or cracked. So we had to spend additional money to buy more wood at Home Depot along with stain to match the color. When assembling we had pieces with holes in the wrong spots as well as pieces not cut to specification, hence why we had to spend more money for some wood besides the bad pieces. On phase 8 for piece WA006 over the slide it says to use the 2” lag bolts but you can’t because the holes were already pre drilled. On top of that you cannot achieve the 2 1/2” gap all the way around because again the pieces are not cut to specification. The binoculars were broken out of the bag with the lenses clearly not in place. They said the heck with it and sent it anyway since they have zero QC. The only positive thing was the package came fast but by a 3rd party vendor. So definitely would be a pain to send back plus like I said it’s the little one’s birthday so I would not disappoint her. If you look at the pics I provided you can see there is no gap up top because you couldn’t do it as well as the broken binoculars. I would not recommend this playground unless you have a handy son who can fix others' mistakes.

This is a fantastic playset. It’s very nice and sturdy, our only complaint would be that the beam for the swings should be a little longer, if any of the swings get going a little sideways they hit each other, we will replace the beam with a longer one to prevent anyone from getting hurt.

Assembly took many hours but worth it in the end. Kids love it! Only lost a star due to It was missing a few small parts and had to run to Home Depot to get more and wish the wood was a bit more thicker and sturdy especially for the price of the playground cause as I watch the kids ages range from 3-12 play with excitement running, climbing and jump on the upper playhouse and the boards slightly bend and make a creaky sound on the flooring but other than that great playground. I may have to add additional support to the floorboards to make it more sturdy. Just small minor things but fixable and still worth it.

We purchased this for our granddaughters birthday. Arrived really quick, great coordination with the delivery company.We first sorted all the pieces, which were easily marked for the wood and hardware. The con for the hardware was the bags were marked, however, that number was not in the step-by-step instructions.We decided to make a box (using treated 2x6x12) and scale down the recommended size to 22'x16' and this was an area that worked well for the placement, plenty of room.I estimate it took us 12 hours for 3 people to put together, not bad for the amount of pieces.We used 30 bags of 2cf mulch, but need about 5 more, will check once it has a chance to settle and a good rain. We used 6 - 50lb of play sand and this was perfect.I call it a success, she loves the rock climbing wall!
