This is AMAZING. My ears naturally produce a lot of wax, and about once a month my right ear gets plugged. This has been the only thing other than going to urgent care and having them professionally flush my ear that has worked and provided immediate relief. I waited to leave this review until I used it a few times because nothing ever works for me, but I’ve used this three times now and every time it’s worked. Has genuinely changed my life and saved me so much money.

I have frequent ear wax buildup that used to require me to get my ears flushed a few times a year before I got this. The power isn't as much as I need so it takes much longer for me to feel like I got everything out. I usually fill it 2-3 times for each ear. It's not powerful enough for those harder stubborn pieces. It does come with instructions on the recommended proportion of hydrogen peroxide and water (spoiler alert, you will need to get hydrogen peroxide). It's still a good device for the price.

I was a little nervous to try this, but it was super easy. Just filled the bottle with warm water, aimed, and sprayed. It felt weird at first, but not in a bad way. A bunch of wax came out (gross but kinda satisfying!). My ears feel super clean now and I can actually hear better. Way better than using cotton swabs, and no pain at all. If your ears feel blocked, give this a try you’ll be surprised how well it works!

This is really easy to use and is amazingly effective in rinsing away loosened ear wax. I used wax removal ear drops first and let those sit in my ears (first one side, then the other) for 20-25 minutes. That loosens and partially dissolves the wax. Then use warm water to rinse it all away. Very effective.

I used the earwax removal twice first with the cup and it was difficult for one person to use. The second time was in the shower it was much easier. However my right ear is a little muffled. I still have to try to get water out of my ears by tilting w with no help.my head with a towel. I do not know how a person can do this

Works exactly like it should. I have ear wax issues so I’ve had to go to the doctors to get them cleaned, this little machine is almost exactly what they used and it worked just as well if not better. I wish I took a picture of the nastiness that came out of my ears. Highly recommend for anyone who has ear wax issues
