Tae Bo: Total Body Fat Blaster
I love this workout. I had it on dvd several years ago but it "disappeared". I've looked over and over again and tried to find it stores. I have bought atleast six other Tae Bo workouts since; trying to find one that did what I needed it to do (blast the fat!). I have been disappointed everytime.No other workout did all this one does. This one really does work. You can feel it working. The others were all too short or too weak to do what I needed. Doing this workout makes me feel energized, helps me keep weight off, gets my blood moving, makes my skin look better, even brightens my eyes. It is really a full body workout. I've never found a workout that works so well for me. It's not easy to do, but it's worth it. It does the trick for me. I found this one on vhs at Amazon.com for much less than on dvd. I still have my old combo player and videos seem to last "forever" anyway. My daughter and I workout with it nearly everyday. She loves it as much as I do. Hope it works for you as well as it does for my daughter and I.

Excercise is the Fountain Of Youth
Very good work out but at almost 77 only do the easy ones and I workout with light weights 10# Dumbells for Curls and only 40#s Barbell Presses in Bed. Mon Wed and FRi.Don't get Old Grow old but Exc.I have the usual Artheritus and Back Problems that come with age but we need to keep active.New study (New York Times) If we walk at least 2 mins every hour at the end of the day it still counts as a good walk...I tried walking in place but too hard on the ankles it is best to just walk a slow pace throughout your home or Apt for 2 mins or more every wakeing hour regardless of how much housework you do if you do housework.

GREAT cardio kickboxing and not "jumpy"......
I bought this a while ago, and now went back to it, seems to be the ONLY thing that helps me lose weight....outside of walking in the morning. His workouts aren't "jumpy", but more kickboxing and cardio, which is great for a person like me who had Decompression Surgery due to Chiari Malformation (spine stuff). I can't jump or get up/down or crawl on the ground easily.He also is BIG on telling me not to push it, drink water, and go my own pace, where my husband's P90X DVDs make me feel like a loser for not keeping up. Just a heads up, his workouts aren't short, so I just do 20mins, then continue where I left off the next day......

Great Workout
I teach an aerobics class at my church for older women and we loved this DVD. I wanted to introduce them to Billy Blanks's videos but I wanted it to be something they could do. This was perfect. We didn't use the bands the first few times. The workout works without the bands but for a more intense workout you will want the bands. I liked this video because there isn't as much kicking as in the Tae Bo videos. It's a great cardio and upper body workout and if you invest in the bands, it is fantastic for your lower body. If you are a Billy Blanks fan you will definitely want the bands or else you will be bored but for older adults looking for a fast paced cardio workout this is great all on it's own. My class and I were definitely pleased.

Not for beginners
I started out with the first set of tae bo tapes over 10 years ago and was successful with those. This dvd is not for beginners. I've been doing this for 3 weeks and I've only made it through the whole thing once. After 25 minutes I start getting dizzy and nauseous. Maybe there's just something wrong with me but this is an excellent exercise dvd for people to want to get in better shape. You can burn tons of calories, get stronger and lose weight.

amazing
a friend recommended this workout to me, and it is absolutely amazing. i spend a lot of time in my school's fitness center and i didn't see much result, then i try out this workout for a 1 month i have to say this is not just fat blaster it is also a crazy muscle generator, i can feel my biceps and back grown a lot bigger, will try out other tae bo workouts. Determination' tae bo' success.

Billy is still the "Man" in my book
This 50 min workout is easy, but will get your heart racing & your pores dripping with sweat! I only paid .99¢+ s/h. I've gotten more than my monies worth.

Solid workout with the original resistance bands
I've followed Billy Blanks for a long time. His videos I like most are those with the original black resistance bands. This DVD was a great find in that regard, because the group uses the bands quite a bit, yet the workout is not part of his original bootcamp series, so it's kind of like a "bonus" workout. The only small down side: this particular workout doesn't hit your abs very much. He kind of runs out of time at the end (the cool-down music starts just as he's introducing a new routine). But for anyone who likes working out with the bands, this DVD won't disappoint.
