Whether riding to the shops, in the park or just for the thrill of the ride, Elswick is the brand to be seen on.Please note that this bicycle is part assembled on delivery and therefore you will be required to fit certain parts and make setup adjustments to components such as the gears and brakes prior to use and also on an ongoing basis for maintenance purposes. Hybrid bikes are quickly becoming popular in the UK due to the benefits they offer to the rider. Hybrid bikes, as the name suggests combine the best features of Road bikes and Mountain bikes, resulting in a bike that is efficient to pedal, lightweight yet still capable of managing light trails, un-paved pathways and tow-paths. Hybrid bikes traditionally use a larger wheel than mountain bikes, referred to as 700C. As with most bike types, Hybrid bikes are available in a range of materials. The most common materials for Hybrid Bike frames are steel, which provides a strong frame and reliable performance or Aluminium Alloy, which is considerably lighter than steel making for a lighter and easier ride. Most Hybrid bikes will come with slick, smooth-rolling tyres as standard, as these provide low resistance when riding on paved surface, whether during a commute to work or a leisurely trip to the shops. There are many different types of Hybrid bike with a wide range of differing functionality such as Front suspension models and those fitted with mudguards and luggage racks, so be sure to consider what you require from your new bike when deciding. Good Quality Bike
Really pleased with my purchase of this bike, lovely colour, and the basket on the front is great. Chose Falcon as I thought it is a well known, good value for money brand.

Lovely bike
Great bike. Excellent for around town and for medium runs. You would maybe need more gears if you wanted to head off road but that is not really what this bike is about. Wife loved it!

My daughter loves this bike. Also wide configuration range. Inter leg distance starting at 68cm is perfect, that is shoul be ok from 10 years old aprox

Beautiful bike. Great Amazon service.
My wife loves the bike, as it's beautiful, well made, comfortable, and easy to ride. We bought it in the Boxing Day Sale, and so saved a lot of money off regular price. It was delivered almost the next day (We are Amazon Prime members).Note: The bike arrived with a defective basket, but Amazon immediately sent A WHOLE NEW BIKE at no cost to me. Then they arranged to pick up the original.Amazon service is fantastic

Very nice bike.
I decided to start cycling for exercise even though i have not been on a cycle for about 25 years. I love the colours and the cute basket on the front. As i am not used to cycling i find the seat a little hard at the moment, but i'm sure it will feel more comfortable after a bit more use. Gears work very well, and i found a cycling helmet that matches the colour of the bike perfectly.

Bike is absolutely beautiful but instructions leave much to the imagination, had to assume I was doing things properly which I found disappointing.

Great all-rounder
Bought this bike for my wife after she had seen it online.Overall the bike is fantastic. She fell in love with it because of the baby-blue styling and the wicker basket. We have only been out a few times but the bike seems to work really well and is ideally suited for riding into town and through the park.My only concern was the number of gears but 6 gears are more than enough on this type of bike as they are very easy to use. The mudguards are fantastic as they keep the dirt off her clothes meaning that she arrives in style. But above all, the wide cushioned saddle is a dream - I might even try to get one for my own bike as it makes a huge difference to the comfort of the bike.Would not hesitate to buy this bike again.
