Insight into the often hidden lives of animal populations
This book is a fascinating compilation of detailed information about tracking various animal populations of our planet, interspersed with focus on particular individual creatures and their stories. The presentation is beautiful visually as well as verbally. Learning the history of the scientific tracking methods used to follow the lives of animal populations was really interesting.

great day dream material
Very nice coffee table book, I mean to actually read it, but the infographics are very nice, and provide plenty of material for daydreaming about what the life of animals might be like.

This is a cool book.
This is just a really cool book. Shows you where animals migrate. When I first heard of it, I said to myself, “self, I need that book”, and so I got it.

Wonderful book—original, scoentific
Wonderful book—original, scoentific, and engaging. I only wished for an app that would enable me to enlarge the wonderful images tracking animal journeys.

Beautiful and inspiring book
As a volunteer for North Wales Wildlife Trust, I am a keen naturalist and often log the coming and goings of our local fauna, whether it's the leg rings on choughs or the flipper tags on Atlantic Grey Seals. It's a great buzz when you can build up a picture of their travels and travails from a little detective work, so this book had be beaming from ear to ear. WARNING: be careful opening the fold-out maps. Their tight fit means it is all too easy to rip them when opening which I have done on a couple of pages (and I'm not that ham-fisted). A great shame as this is a book of real beauty as well as education and enlightenment. I love it!

Beautiful illustrations
Very pleased with the book, beautifully illustrated and interesting stories. Great as a coffee table book. The only downside are the fold out pages - they are hard to fold in without creasing the paper in the wrong direction and don't tuck in very well.

Beautiful, eye opening and difficult to put down
I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my copy of "Where the Animals Go" based on my love of "London: The Information Capital" and was not disappointed. Where the Animals Go is a beautifully presented and informative book giving an eye opening insight into our planet's wildlife.I had the book on my desk at work and it became a talking point in the office with everyone who walked passed picking it up and having a look. This is a great coffee table book and I will be getting more copies for Christmas presents.
