This is a great shampoo that leaves your hair feeling really soft and silky. It lathers up easily and fills your head with body. Makes you look great.

I was trying to find a product that helped my hair out. I started using main and tail back in September of last year, and my hair never felt so healthy. I went through a wild streak in my life of dying it. Which caused some thining compared to when I was young with thick hair. Definitely helped fight the thin hair and helped with breakage I was having. Also noticed baby hairs where I was losing round my temples. My fiance started to use main and tail with me (more like using it all lol). We found out he has curly hair as his whole head turned to curls. We knew he had some waves, but did not know how much as other soaps weighted his hair down. After shower, his hair bounces and kinks into curls now. His dandruff is mild and mellow now. Oiliness is minimum for both of us. As his hair type is mexican, mine is white. I get the oilyness 1st by day 3. Him by 4. Which, by then is a wash day for our hair types. My mother started using it as I recommended it to her for possibly helping fight the thinness of her hair. After menopause, her hair is very thin. She started to use this product to help the integrity of her hair and also fight breakage. She too has new baby hairs and skin issue she had for years on her scalp has mellowed out. It hasn't made her hair thick, but has helped prevent it from thinning more and allowed new growth to develop just as it has done for me. As long as main and tail does not change their formula, I will keep using it and buying it. I feel like I'm in good hands with their products and their formula.

Smells great works awesome.

Bought because it doesn’t have any SLS in the formulation which was irritating my scalp no end. It does leave a conditioner residue in the hair though which caused me to have to increase the frequency of hairwashing. Does leave hair feeling soft and manageable with a good smell.

Put a small amount and let it trickle onto your hair. A small amount but leaves hair completely rinsed of dirt and debris. Other hair products leave my scalp itchy but this one was superb.

This product suds up like a bubble bath in your hair. It removes that stubborn hair spray i have to wear because of my fine fly away hair. In the shower I suds up my hair, leave the suds on my hair then scrub and rinse my body. They I scrub through my hair again and rinse Well. I apply conditioner sparingly and brush my teeth in the shower, while the waters soothes my sore back caused by my standing all day on my job. Then i rinse my hair well. When I am done my hair is in good condition and dries to a shine ; not dull looking like it used to be.
