works as expected. no messing around with coal needed. I burn bukhoor with this and it's sooo much easier to use and even has a timer and temperature adjuster in the circuit. There's a light that will stay on as long as it's active so you don't forget it's on incase you've set the timer for more than an hour too. Elegant design as well.

Product was delivered well packed and securely. It looks great, however, after 2-3 weeks of use, it's performance has reduced. It still heats up but not as it did when it was newer.

the overall design is good but the remote is no great. the temperature rotation doesn't have a marker to know which degree is it on

I received a product that was delivered used one with faded color. Now, it’s not working properly, and it keeps powering on but doesn’t function at all. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
