Yes, I love these pillow cases. They are cooling but they do not freeze you like most menopausal women want. But they can help. Use ice pack with it women.

The color is more like a pale lime green as opposed to the stone washed looking green in their pics. The material is super thin and see through. The cooling works for a few minutes but gets hot rather fast due to the thin nature of the material.With that said ; ever time you flip the pillow - you do get another minute or two of coolness..lolNot sure I would really recommend these pillow cases unless you’re fine with the above mentioned.

I have bad neck issues and have been having issues finding a comfortable pillow. These are comfortable and silky soft. They also wash up great.

The two stars are because the pillow cases are pretty and soft. I was just disappointed that they aren't really any cooler than my normal pillow cases and that was the purpose of buying them.

The package was opened when arrived! And the pillow case not made with true arc chill material. We bought other real arc chill product from Amazon before. This is no way close to the real one.
