Solid support for my fat butt.
Love this bench. Super strong. Adjusts easily. Nothing that is flimsy. Definitely worth the money. Assembley was super easy thanks to the included tools and the parts being in individual bags labeled to match the assembly steps! (Why don't others do that?)Only con is there was some superficial scratches. And the parts aren't welded perpendicular to the bench. The feet aren't 90 degrees to the bench. (Most people probably wouldn't even notice this.) However these are strictly cosmetic and have zero affect on the performance or strength of the bench. Besides it's going to get my toxic sweat all over it so who cares. It's a tool meant to be used.Did I mention its comfortable too? The bench is the right width and size. No rocking or titling or anything to cause me any worry. I'm 6 foot tall amd about 245 pounds and can bench 300 pounds. This thing doesn't move when I'm using it. It's solid! I'm glad I listened to the other reviews. It really is perfect!

Excellent bench
Have had the bench for about 3 months now. Has been great so far.The bench is sturdy, no wobble or uneasiness at any setting, use for decline exercises with no issues. The bench is easy to adjust, has a wide range of angles, more than most other alternatives including ones that cost 2-3x as much. The 3 piece bench is odd but hasn't presented any problems. The pad is stiff & comfortable.Zero gap works well and makes using as a flat bench much better. Set as a flat bench the height is good for bench pressing. Like most adjustable benches the back pad tapers, it isn't as wide as a typical flat bench and for some people it won't be ideal for barbell bench pressing; if you're powerlifting training I'd opt for a traditional flat bench for pressing. Also the bench foot is a T (like most adjustable benches), so for some people it might get in the way of foot placement during barbell flat bench pressing.Like most adjustable benches the back pad tapers, it isn't as wide as a typical flat bench so for some people in the flat position for bench pressing it won't be idle but IMO it is sufficient; if you're larger person (say 6' or taller, broad shoulders) or powerlifting training I'd opt for a traditional flat bench for pressing.Bench is easy to move and can store it upright.Overall it is a great bench and an excellent choice if you're looking for an adjustable bench.

Beast of a bench!
This bench is awesome! It’s heavy af and built like a tank. The angles are perfect, incline is great, not too steep between adjustments and love the zero gap. It’s easily adjustable with the twist of an knob and feels very secure. The fat pad is comfortable and wide/thick. I’m 5’3 (155lbs, 13% body fat, yes I’m bragging lol) and my feet can still touch flat when benching. If your slightly shorter may pose a problem (unless arch game on point ).The roller pads do their job, I inclined the bench and did a few sets of sit ups. Assembled by myself within an hour with provided tools and instructions. Make sure not to pinch you finger like it warns, hurts like hell lol.Shipping was good, my bench was well packaged with a wooden case around it. Can’t say the same for Titan products. This bench is great quality and functionality for the price point. I’d be willing to bet it’s as close as you can get to the rogue manta ray w/o paying $900+.I’m not new to home gyms, as I have a variety of brands Titan/rep and mainly Rogue. Would definitely recommend this to people if they are on the fence or looking for an upgrade!

Bottom line: Just get it
I bought this several weeks ago.It is VERY nice. Very sturdy. Very well designed. Looks good. Many positions possible. Comfortable. Padding is thick enough. The bench is tapered at each end which comes in handy.Assembly was straightforward. The assembly instructions and illustrations were superb. Even the assembly manual was of high quality. When I opened the box I saw a lot of things wrapped in plastic and thought that I was in for hours of assembly. But, no, these people have done most of the assembly for you. Took about 50 minutes, working leisurely. There are basically seven steps to full assembly involved. There are two more, but step 8 is just telling you how to adjust the seat and step 9 is telling you how the bench can be stored. They've included all the tools you need, but if you've a tool set with an M5 Allen bit/screwdriver and 17 mm socket and wrench, you'll have an even easier time.Make sure you engage the bench positioning pins fully! The system is pretty much idiot proof and ironclad but if you don't pay attention to what you're doing and only partially engage the pin when on inclined positions the incline could release and you could be looking at whatever weight you're pressing dropping down on you if the insufficiently engaged pin comes out. But this is the case with other adjustable benches also. Engage that pin and tighten it!There is no ricketiness. It doesn't shake or rattle from use of parts that are too thin in an effort on the maker to save money. There are no joints that seem like they're going to loosen over time. For the home gym, unless you do stupid things with it, this bench should last until you quit lifting weights.A star off for the Keppi stick-on decals. [Applied at the factory.] They seem like an afterthought and were peeling at the corners. This has no bearing on the heft of the unit though. They apparently paid 90% of the money to the guy who designed the structure and not the glam person.Bottom line: Just get it if you're looking for a home bench and are on the fence. It's worth the price.EDIT: Mea culpa. What I thought was part of the decals was actually the protective film over the actual decals that should be removed. Peel very slowly. If you just rip it off like a bandage you might pull up corners of the actual decals beneath.

Solid heavy bench with the best features
I've been using this bench for several months and I continue to love it. Solid and heavy ( in a good way ) while still being able to glide it around and stand it up. Feels solid and not cheap. It takes some time to put together but it was easy. My tiny gripe is that if you tighten the red knobs/pins for max stability, they are tough on your hands as they are super thin. They should have used beefier knobs. The zero gap feature is great and this is my #1 goto bench. Great bench at a decent price!

One piece broken
Came early, unboxed it and seems solid except this one plastic piece that came shattered. Might be damaged by carrier.Looking if Keppi can replace this plastic foot part. Currently putting it together.

Good and solid bench very versatile but problems with quality control
Good and solid bench very versatile but problems with quality controlit arrived in time and packaging was very good, so a bit desapointing to see paint scratches, but that wont affect usefulness.Instruction and assembly are very easy, but the legs retention has a defect, the handle is weld to low to let the top tube go through.
