Ayur Medic Clearifying Cream (2 oz.)

If you are having any type of hormonal acne, or probably acne in general, definitely give this a shot! I've tried so many products, diets and techniques to help with my hormonal acne, including Differin, and nothing helps quite like this! I have been using this product for about 3 weeks, after the first week I haven't had any new breakouts. It is a little drying so I have been using it 2 nights on and 1 night off to acclimate my skin, but it's not nearly as drying as other acne products. Highly recommend!

I have no complaints about this cream as it seems to contain safe products and I would recommend this product.

light moisturizer that doesn't clog your pores

This seems much different than the bottle I purchased directly from the company about a year ago. Its drier, smells different, and different consistency. I never woke up the next day with a dry face when applying this before bed. It also soaks in differently. The package was suspect with a preopened box, and no seal, so you can just put any old product in there. I hate to think I've been ripped off or deceived with a fake product. Gonna compare with an older bottle I still have.

I am an esthetician and have worked on hundreds of clients with acne and congested skin. This is a completely unique product by my standards - I know longer work at a practice that carries it but still recommend it frequently, even recommending clients purchase it from the internet over other acne products I have in stock.It is a no-brainer for congested skin - the base does not further clog the skin and the 2% sal in this formula retextures a bit and totally cuts through debris in the clogs. I don't have a bottle in front of me, but from what I remember there is no BPO - but still something (perhaps the triclosan) does a number on clearing active (inflamed) acne. The part that makes it totally unique though is this : it does not cause any dryness or surface sensitivity in anyone i've recommended it to. even people with combination skin. On the contrary it help relieve dryness in people who have chronically stripped their skin or have a long history of using BPO.To summarize, it works GREAT to clear congestion and light acne with no sideeffects. Many consumers will also like the fact that it is paraben-free. Highly recommend.

A little pricey. Good for oily/acne prone skin. Decent sized jar but not the most sanitary since you just have to dip into the jar to get the cream.
