This is probably my best buy of 2017,They are great! perfect density, the soft ones a still firm enough, the blue ones are perfect, not a lacrosse at all, it is really firm but still soft to really do a great job on deep massage.The sizes are awesome, because it gives you all the flexibility you need to do any mobility work.the quality of the materials are great..,you can't go wrong!
