We bought these for the great American eclipse, and they were a hit! Highly durable for all ages (a huge improvement on the cardboard ones). We used these for kids and adults ages 5-62.

I want to say, sorry to merchant. I had these ready for return. Because ...They were so dark I couldn't see anything! BUT, we I went outside and position myself to see the sun.Placed them on and looked up... I could see just a lighted dot, which was the sun and what they were designed for. Plastic frame are much better than the paper ones and really filter out everything except the sun, so you can see the moon passing in front of the sun. These are a good product!

Most important these are authentic glasses. Had them checked on the list and they provide real protection!

Perfect viewing! And plenty to share with the strangers around me.Knowing our eyes were safe with the NASA recommendation of wearing glasses that comply with the ISO 12312-2 international standard was a no-brainer. I was in an approximately 85% zone for the April 8th 2024 eclipse yet it did not disappoint!IF you want to take pics thru the glasses with your phone - be sure your the size of camera lens(es) & eyewear lenses are a good fit.

You can only see the sun through them, so I felt very safe using them. I was able to wear them overtop of my prescription glasses with no issue. They arrived well packaged, in a box with each pair in its own plastic bag. No chips or scratches.

These were awesome! We weren't in an area that got the full eclipse. It was cloudy too. But in those little breaks, these glasses held up very well. They go on your face just like sunglasses. The youngest was 9 and they fit her and my husband well. No one got their eyes burned or anything. Very easy to use. Very cool looking. Just make sure to explain to the young ones that they can not ever look directly at the sun. Only through the glasses.
