Primevolve 10.6 inch Oscillating Fan for Bedroom, Air Circulator Fan with 6 Speeds Powerful Airflow, Height Adjustable for Cooling Room, Office, Kitchen, White

It’s been getting warm so we picked up the Primevolve 10.6 inch Oscillating Fan. We’ve had it a week. The fan arrived a day early, always nice. The fan was assembled in 2 minutes without needing to read the directions, but I did skim them afterwards to make sure I didn’t miss anything. All you need is 2x AAA batteries for the remote and a small Phillips screwdriver for the stand. The fan runs very quietly, and you can feel it across the room. The fan rotates 45 degrees in each direction, so a total of 90 degrees covered. (Estimated, not measured). Future maintenance note, you have 2 (other) screws and 6 clips holding the font cover of the fan in place, so you have to remove/Unclip them to access and clean the blades. My 3 yr old has already learned how to use the fan, so very easy to operate.

I bought this fan because it had the features I wanted and was on a pedestal and circular. However, it just does not move enough air for where I want to use it. It is an attractive fan and in a small space where the fan could be close to you and you want a quiet fan, this would work. Just not for what we wanted. Also the remote is confusing and actually turns on and off other things we have in the room.

6 speeds and all of them don’t move air

I was lead to believe this would be as powerful or better than a regular fan. It is not. It is a mild breeze that does circulate air.

When this fan arrived, it was smaller than I thought it was going to be and at first I was a little disappointed. However, it’s actually been an our most used fan around the house over the past few months for several reasons.For a stand fan , it’s lightweight and also feels really stable and not top heavy. It has a nice oscillating feature as well as different levels of fan speed and also a timer.I’m not sure we ever received a remote with this fan, but I didn’t find one to be needed at all anyway.We’ve used it in my husband‘s home, office, our kitchen, bedrooms, and even bathrooms to help dry them out after showers. Also, I do use it near our Peloton to keep me cool.The cord is not super long, but it has been enough that we haven’t had to use an extension cord anywhere.I would also say this is a quiet fan. it’s worked well as a sound machine our bedrooms with a low level of soothing noise.Overall, I’d say this is my favorite fan that we’ve had in quite a few years. If you are looking for a smaller stand fan, I feel like this is a great option that is reasonably priced.

The media could not be loaded.  Edited review June 12,2023- so I reached out to the manufacturer right away after receiving a fan (the one shown is still different than what we ordered) and they responded very quickly, less than 24 hours, and I explained and sent pictures of what we did and didn’t receive and they immediately had Amazon send us another complete fan. I was worried it wouldn’t be the exact one we ordered but it actually was the correct one and I’m extremely happy to say that the new one was 100% complete and in perfect working condition. It’s a wonderful fan. It’s sooooo quiet, has a timer, has 6 fan speeds and it oscillates! And you can control it all with the remote is comes with! I absolutely love this fan! Looks small but it cranks out some wind! Highly recommend with great customer service! So I changed my review to 5 stars! And added a picture of the complete working fan!Let me start by saying that this fan that is shown on Amazon now is not the same fan that we ordered literally 5 days ago, on May 13th (today is may 18th) so basically the fan we ordered and received is not available anymore I’m assuming. So the review I’m doing is for a fan that is different than what’s being shown now FYI.What we DID receive and ordered is the Primevolve Air Circulator Fan XF2015Y for $109.00!The quality of the fan we ordered and received looks to be on the high end so I understand a higher price point but it’s definitely not worth over $100.00, overpriced.What I don’t understand is how this was shipped with literally HALF THE FAN MISSING. We just received this, no tape to keep the box closed, opened it up to put together and found we are missing the poles/ support bars that hold the fan up which connect the actual fan head to the fan footing plus the plastic round screw piece that screws onto the bottom underneath the footing & the screw piece that connects the 2 poles/support bars in the middle PLUS all the hardware. How that happens is beyond me. Maybe someone opened the box and took pieces out?Anyways, I thought, oh maybe we can find a pvc pipe to use in place but guess what?! The hole that the pvc would slide into the head of the fan is a different size than the hole it would slide into the foot of the fan so that wouldn’t work bc it’s a “telescope” pole/support bars. So basically a complete waste and we can’t use it, so 1 star only is what this fan gets.

Way way overpriced for what you get. The actual face of the fan is smaller than a dinner plate. You literally have to sit right in front of the fan to feel a breeze. I gave it 2 stars bc it does come with a remote. I ended up giving the fan to my mom who described the fan as a “light ocean breeze.” That’s basically all you get with this fan. I ended up buying a larger fan for half the money and am extremely happy.
