I have to update it but over all works very well and easy to use

Poor programming
Device came with a small black circle under the glass in one corner which has become bigger as time goes on. It " glitches" constantly. The display changes, directions change. Volume changes from soft to very loud. Very difficult to input address and get the directions. Updated 7/6/2024 device is no longer working

It's very hard to program destinations.
I like the size but it is hard to program destinations.

Better Than Nothing
Hard to see screen in sunlight. Also, doesn't always take the most direct route. Other than that works ok.

Gps
Tried to use in in Florida and Detroit it kept giving wrong directions. I used my iPhone instead.

The parts were incomplete. There was no pen and the part to connect to the dashboard was faulty.
It had only time zones for Asia and Austrailia. It was difficult to set up. It could not navigate to the desired location.

Such a strange design why so many useless features?
The GPS works great right down to traffic alerts and other broadcasted information built into the highways themselves, but it's full of useless features that get in the way.The unit should just be a GPS, not a music player, video player, game device, photo viewer and so forth.This causes upsets in operation aside from it being outdated even 10 years ago, the thing has a mini USB! If they made it so it was just a dedicated GPS and nothing else, it would probably sell too well compared to the namebrand crap out there.

Defective
The instructions were poorly written and didn't cover how to set it up. I ended up returning it.

Partially satisfied
There are few reasons which show my dissatisfaction with this particular product1) Suction cup does not hold gps efficiently2) 5 minutes of battery back up, which needs to be plugged in every timeOn positive side, GPS accuracy + verbal recognition + touchscreen interaction are phenomenal.

Too small
It was too small and so I returned it. I loved that it had a pen.
