Nice smell, deep relief!

Helpful with sleep

I have used various magnesium creams in the past especially as needed during sports recovery for a good nights sleep and muscle rest. I have been using this cream for about 2.5 months and now and find the strength and effectiveness of the pain relief extremely good.1. The cream absorbs well in the skin, thanks to the shea butter which i have always been a fan of on anything i put in my skin. It just melts as i apply into the skin. Once applied, it absorbs and do not feel any residue or stickiness.2. Effectiveness wise its excellent and have been an easy t use and easy to carry cream for different trips.3. One major con to mention or be mindful for is the strong fragrance and smell of this cream can be off putting for young kids if they are sensitive to smell so you might want to be aware of the same. This is actually indicative of a good cream and is present in any good pain relief magnesium cream - with this one it was noticeably strong smell. I find this as a positive but please be aware of the same.With these items in mind, i would be happy to recommend this for anyone looking for a quality cream.

A list gives far. Rubs in easily

When I first received and opened, jar was like half full. Emailed company, no reply. Now months later, it smells like old rotten oil. Have to toss it. Definitely not worth the cost and didn’t help my leg cramps.
