Part of My Survival Kit
This cap stays ready for me in my refrigerator. So happy I made this purchase. I am someone that suffers from migraines on a weekly basis. I had a tumor removed from my pituitary gland in 2020 and for some reason, I have crazy headaches. I purchased this after spending a day in the hospital from suffering from a migraine. It’s definitely relaxing. It put me right to sleep, and pain vanished after a little while. It’s great to use for a blindfold lol. You can’t see anything once it covers your eyes. It’s pitch black. I love the stretch, it’s comfortable on your head and not tight causing more pain. It fits your head like a glove. The cap looks like you’re wearing eye covers for bed, except it’s covering the top of your head as well. . I highly recommend.

Can’t wash only towel wipe
Got this for my labor since I would like some options for unmedicated relief/distractions. Don’t like that you can’t wash (especially it getting my natural hair oil on it), not sure how the longevity will hold up down the line. Has a light smell but doesn’t bother me should go away.

Awesome!
We don’t use it for its intended purpose much, but it is an excellent ice pack for other things too. It is super soft but durable. Very easy to get situated into wherever you need the cold. It’s not too cold to the point where it is uncomfortable. It’s the perfect temperature.

Awesome!
This product is great. Right out of the package I put it on (ponytail easily pulled out of the top). It was instantly cooling and provides enough pressure to relax my head. Nice weight to the product with enough gel. Love that you can cool, freeze or microwave it.

Pretty good for migraine
This is a great hot/cold head wrap. Temp lasts lokg time and 3asy to cool in freezer. The only drawback to this one for me is the ear holes are not quite right fit and makes option obsolete for me. Next time I order one ill choose it without the ear placement. I loke the way it works tho and a good price range. Quick on the shipping too

Works great for headaches and stress relief
I like to wear this over my eyes for headache relief or I wear it backwards like a beanie for stress relief when studying. My only word of caution is this thing gets VERY cold so if you are sensitive to the cold, make sure to leave it out for a couple minutes after you get it out of the freezer to avoid brain freeze!

sooooooo useful!
i've been meaning to try one of these for soooo longand quite frankly, i'm happy i gave it a shot because it's such a life saver! :OPROS:* very comfortable* no weird smell (phew!)* ponytail hole! yey! (i have very thick hair, so this was essential!)* stretchy, but tight enough to provide a good head pressure!* stays a liiiittle cool even when left at room temperature* cools very quickly (i left it in the fridge for 30minutes and it was cool enough for me)* quick & easy to heat, but i personally don't like using that featureNOT REALLY CONS, BUT STUFF WORTH CONSIDERING:* there's no gel on the top part. i know it's mentionned in the add, but i've noticed a lot of people skip reading some details like this. so i'm mentioning it here too. (i personally don't feel like it would change much to its efficiency if it did, to be honest, you still have a good overall coverage with the rest)* they recommend putting it in the freezer for 2 hours but i left it 30min in the fridge and it was slightly too cold for me (specially over the eyes & forehead). so maybe go gradually? test your limits?* as mentioned above, i have pretty thick hair. i tried wearing the cap with my hair untied as my headache seemed worse with a ponytail. it was okay, but i didn't feel it's full benefits like usual & it actually keep sliding off.CONCLUSION:price @ time of review: 23$ CADi haven't shopped around, so i wouldn't know if this is a typical price for a product like thisbut for all it does, how easy & comfortable it is AND for all the tylenols & advils it's saved me so far... i definitely think it's worth the money!absolutely recommended for headaches & even just for cooling off!(and as usual, will come here & update if need be!)

Not a branded product
There is no brand name on it on Amazon and the box when purchase mentioned Lanieney but duplicate one received. I would have ordered from another platform like Meesho if this is the case and for less amount. Be careful while purchasing.

Migraine relief that actually works.
PRODUCT: LANIENEY "Migraine Ice Wrap for Cold and Hot Compress Therapy, Upgraded Odorless Headache Relief Cap, Flexible Migraine Relief Hat with Reusable Ice Gel Pack for Puffy Eyes, Tension, Sinus, and Stress, Pink (Pink, One Size)".This is my fact-based, honest, and independent opinion about my experience with the product and what I liked and didn’t like about it.Summary: This product not only helped relieve the symptoms of my and my family members migraine headaches, but it also helped relieve pain associated with eye pain. It also functions well as a cooling aid during warm and humid days, and we found it helpful to relieve stress as well.Details: The company makes a bold statement when they say, "Say goodbye to squeezing your head or relying on medication." I'm not sure how they can make that claim, but it's dangerous. Keep taking your medication as prescribed by your doctor. They also say, "say goodbye to migraine for good" This product DOES NOT cure migraine headaches. What this product does do is provide headache relief with its 360° surround design. It does apply moderate pressure evenly around the head and face while helping to create a darker environment. But I wouldn't say that it's completely "lightproof", as claimed. This Lanieney product is stretchable and provides compression, as advertised. It is well made and does have double seams. We found it to be pretty comfortable, which made wearing it for up to an hour relatively easy.I disagree that the product is odourless. However, that odour does dissipate over time and is likely caused by off-gassing. It does seem to maintain flexibility and softness even after being frozen for long periods of time. That said, unless you want a Popsicle-type brain freeze, don't put this in the freezer. We found that putting the hat in a Ziploc bag and keeping it in the fridge was a better option. As advertised, this product is reusable and seems to be designed with comfort in mind. The active "ingredient" seems to be malleable gel covered in a stretchable Lycra material. There is a hole at the top so that a ponytail can be put through the top so as not to interfere with the overall purpose of this product. We particularly liked the U-shaped design. It not only conforms to facial contours, but it also helps relieve the pressure caused by sinusitis and doesn't interfere with breathing. One thing that I don't like about it is that it is not washable; wipe with a damp cloth only. So as can be seen in the pictures, makeup will and does come off and stain the inside.Cheers

Comfortable, hot or cold , versatile fit
This is the Migraine Ice Wrap for Cold and Hot Compress Therapy, Upgraded Odorless Headache Relief Cap, Flexible Migraine Relief Hat with Reusable Ice Gel Pack for Puffy Eyes, Tension, Sinus, and Stress, Pink. This is a silicone water-based migraine relief hat. This can be worn several ways you can pull it down so that it goes over your eyes forehead and top of your head there's a little Groove for your nose or you can just have it up on your forehead like a big baggy hat lol. It's got a fairly decent amount of weight to it and it's a very flexible kind of slippery feeling fabric. The covering is a very smooth and cool to the touch pale pink polyester that is not machine washable or water submersible. I think it would be best to spot clean this. There is a warning not to let it be in the fridge too long because it could get cold enough to give you frostbite so you want to chill it in the fridge for a short time and then use it. It can be heated as well depending on what kind of pain relief you need. There's also hole in the top for your hair to poke through which works out perfectly for me as I like to wear a bun in my hair when I'm at home. I found this work very well as unfortunately this summer I have a lot of migraines due to my allergies. It is really great for tension headaches as well when you find that the pain is mostly muscular. I did not know Sandy smell to this product even upon opening it. Comes with a little instruction book that tells you how to use it. I'm very impressed with the quality of this item it is flawless, there are no rips tears or any other issues with the cold pack itself or the fabric of the hat. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a lot of headaches especially migraines, it's really nice to have a physical pain relief device to pair with your medication. Definitely recommend.

This is part of my routine
I wasn’t sure what to think when I first saw this product. I suffer from daily headaches and 4-5 migraines per week. It is hard to keep a cold cloth cold for head pain and flexible ice packs don’t give you the cold relief immediately because it must make the cloth or towel cold first before giving you cold relief. With all this said, I was very excited to see this product and looked forward to trying it. I followed the instructions and after just a couple of hours in the fridge, it was ready for use. Putting it on my head I could feel the compression against my entire head and the cold instantly surrounding my head as well. I like the fact that the cold even covers the lower part of the back of my head as I know that stress and tension in my neck also contributes to my headaches and migraines. I was able to relax as I felt the cold compress all over. It definitely helps with my headaches as well as helps to knock back my migraines. I also want to remind you that if you leave it in typist fridge longer or you have an extremely cold fridge you may want to cover your eyes and ears with some form of fabric to prevent frost bite from occurring. I am so glad that I tried this out and I highly recommend it.
