Lovely little display. Fantastic value. Watch out for the vcc and gnd pins being the other way around from most other displays of this type. Works well with Arduino Uno, nano using the Adafruit_SSD1306.h libuary at memory location 0x3c. Great customer service as well from seamuing.

This is a really neat little display with a large set of library functions making it relatively easy to generate all sorts of outputs. Plenty on-line tutorials available to show you how it’s done.Just bear in mind the display is tiny. Really small!

Nice clear display. I initially thought it was a dud, as I already had a project built on a breadboard using similar displays. Having established that the first two pins were for power, then the next was clock and the last one data, I unplugged the known working display and substituted this one. After some head-scratching as to why it didn't work, I finally rechecked and the power pins on this one were the other way round to all my other boards! It isn't an error on the board as the silk screen printing matches the pins correctly (VCC-GND-SCL-SDA) whereas all the others are (GND-VIN-SCL-SDA). Learnt the lesson to double check ALL connections first. Impressed that it survived the reverse polarity without harm, but not impressed enough to not dock one star for being incompatible.

I really cannot add much to what others have said. Just be careful to follow the silkscreening on the board you receive rather than the pictures here because some revisions have flipped the GND and +5v lines which can cause no end of trouble because (assuming the chip survives having its power reversed!) it won't work.

The unit I received was dead on arrival. Purchased a similar display from an alternative manufacturer and it works flawlessly.

I bought this for an Arduino project and it works perfectly. It comes in a small plastic shell box with the 4-pin header that's easy to solder on and use on a breadboard if necessary.It also, for some reason, comes with a 40 pin female-to-female ribbon cable. No idea why but it's not a bad thing to own.Bear in mind that this is tiny, so if you're looking for a more readable screen then you should go for something bigger. Other than that this is a great little bit of kit that you can experiment and learn from, or use for many practical applications.

The connections on this need to be secure and snug if using with breadboards so would recommend soldering in.I found the address ended up being 0x3c instead of 0x3d (as stated in the docs for this resolution) so double check this.Took a while to troubleshoot the above issues however once solved, has been running great with arduino libraries. Contacted seller prior to solving and they responded quickly and helpfully.Check the dimensions as it is small however a fun module to tinker around with and certain it has plenty of applications.

I bought two of these and after some messing around managed to get them both running. As one of the end users commented you can get most of the info from Github or the Arduino web site.. Very good value for the money. Using one on my 3D printer fan controller to display bed temperature and status of the nozzle fan. Bit of an over kill but what the heck the output from the PWM on the printer board doesn't work. So I made my own.

J’ai commandé une coque et l’écran pour mon raspberry pi 4b chez ce vendeur. La boîtier marche parfaitement, pourtant l’écran ne marche pas du tout. En plus, en dos de l’écran, c’est très sale, il y a plein de tâches qui me semblent des résine ou cire.Je suis vraiment déçu de cet écran...Update : le SAV m’a renvoyé un nouveau écran, là il fonctionne !Donc finalement une expérience satisfait !
