Good product
Brought this for utility room as the wife was fed up with fighting Google lights to turn on it works really well you can set it to how long you want it to stay on

Not for damp environments
I would not recommend for a bathroom environment, I probably cannot fault the sensor too much, it worked great for 12 months, but started to stay on because the contacts stuck together, the only way to turn of was to give it a few sharp hits with my long shoe horn. Its now replaced by a different model, I may try to use this in a non damp environment. Also beware to fit this you need to provide an extra cable from the light fittings location so the unit can have its own permanent live power source separate to the light and then provide power to the light with its live and neutral via the switch, you may need an electrician if you cannot work out the logic for wiring this, it is simple once you work it out. Please don't use what I've written its not a wiring guide.

this occupancy sensor is a fantastic product that delivers on its promises.
Excellent Energy Saver! I purchased the Lowenergie Occupancy Sensor on 10/06/24 and have been very impressed with its performance. The 360-degree PIR motion detection is incredibly reliable, ensuring lights turn on promptly when I enter a room and off when I leave. Installation was straightforward, and the adjustable time delay settings allow me to customize the sensor to my specific needs. I've noticed a significant reduction in energy consumption since installing it, especially in areas that tend to have lights left on unintentionally. Overall, this occupancy sensor is a fantastic product that delivers on its promises. Highly recommended!

Very disappointing
It was very easy to install - basically a switch on the live side of the circuit. Looked quite nice. Was a sensible price. Had it actually worked properly it would have been fine. However, it didn't! On the presumption that most products work as intended, I spent some considerable time trying to get this sensor to do what it was supposed to do. I tried looking on the manufacturer's web site for guidance beyond the (carefully read and followed ) sheet in the box, but they did not list it as one of their products. It triggered a few times, but not consistently, and then did a nice line in detecting nothing and keeping the light on permanently without anything else having changed. I tried all permutations of settings, but to no avail. As I write, it is on the doorstep awaiting pick-up for return. The monetary cost was modest, but then I had to add about four hours of my time having to conclusively test it - that made it expensive. I will be buying another occupancy sensor, but not one of these.

Works perfectly to save electricity and to minimise chances of tripping
About 5 years ago I fitted a PIR mains switch in our hall to augment a pre-existing light switch. That switch, like this one, cost under £10, and has worked perfectly ever since. This weekend, the "old" PIR stopped working, which isn't too bad after 5 years of day in / day out usage. This switch exactly duplicates the old ones' structure and functionality, so I didn't even have to mount a new plate. I just turned off the mains, unwired the old one, wired in the new one, and turned the mains back on and it all worked perfectly. Very unobtrusive way to save money on electricity and to streamline life

Very easy to install and set up
Oh my gosh! This has saved me so much time trying to find the light switch in our utility room. Now I can just open the door and the light comes on. Lux sensor set to turn on the light whatever time of day it is as it gets pretty dark in there during the day. Such an easy set up. Minimal wiring required. Just a couple of splices into existing wiring. I did require a couple of extensions to suit my setup as the included cable tails are a little short, but nothing to mark down for. Highly recommended.

Works fine when wired properly
Bought and fitted a few days ago, after deciphering a few decades of mismatched wires (not the sensors fault) I managed to get it working as intended Been working fine since, it's very sensitive, our bathroom is at the top of the stairs and with the door open it activavtes around half way up the stairs! (this is adjustable) Lux sensor for daylight sensing so doesn't activate during sufficient light, again adjustable along with duration I've found it's a constant motion sensor so for a bath or shower, aslong as your moving now and then it will stay on Red and green led to show it's powered but not active, or active Altogether a good little unit so far and will probably buy more for other rooms in time 4 stars due to it being something I wouldn't recommend trying if you don't know what your doing.. And it being new I can't judge longevity as yet
