Good workout, but sculpting loop can be a challenge
I bought this DVD with two others, and this is probaly my least favourite, but it is still a very good workout. I really liked the instructor, she went at a good pace and explained it well without being patronising. My main problem which made it my least prefered was the sculpting loop, I found it challenging to use, not in terms of the moves, but keeping it in place. As quite often when the loop had to be mid calf It kept pinging up to my knees or down the my ankles, interrupting my workout. But I admit I may not have been doing it right as she had no problems with the loop (but realisically how many ways are there to put on an elastic loop?!). I will have to practice some more. I never really got out of breath or sweaty during this DVD, which is what I usually prefer, but I still felt like I had done some good work as my muscles were aching by the end.

Good but absolutely not for beginners
Some parts far too difficult, moves not explained enough so was not sure if I was doing them right, not much warm up or cool down. I feel I may cause myself damage if I continue. Disappointed as I love 10 min solution pilates which is much better. Im going back to jillian Michaels she really works you!

Good routines to do at home
Good DVD to use at home during coronavirus isolation. Easy to follow routines. Need to do 2 or 3 at a time to get a full work out. Exercise band missing but I had one any way. Exercises can be done without the band.

Good enough to get started with
The sections I've tried so far are very easy to follow (even with bad coordination), and really do only take 10 minutes each. That may not sound long, but if you're out of condition 10 minutes can be enough to start with, and it's a lot easier than trying to find half an hour or more in a busy day. Also, if you've got more than 10 minutes, you can work through 2 or more sections at a time. The instructor is chirpy and upbeat, but not irritatingly so.There's a resistance band inside the dvd case. If your legs are very chunky (as mine are) you'll probably want to get a larger band. I say that because while I was using the enclosed one it kept creeping up or rolling down my legs. But that's my only gripe with the dvd.

Not what was promised of expected
The DVD claims to come with a sculpting loop which you require for the exercises and there isn't one with the delivery. I'm not very impressed.

Used it twice, gave it away to my cousin.
It was an ok workout (didn't sweat at all) but after two uses, I never did it again. I sweated and got a lot more from Billy Blank's Tae Bo: The Ultimate Collection (I still own it, still use it, still love it, almost 7 years later).

... sculpting loop which it didn't so the dvd is useless without it I'd advise anyone buying these to check ...
It says on the box which was still sealed that it comes with free sculpting loop which it didn't so the dvd is useless without it I'd advise anyone buying these to check first before purchasing

Great workout!
I am not all that fit but I can follow the whole dvd after a couple of tries. It is very hard to do at times and I may drop the loop for some exercises butwith more practice it all is possible to do. The best thing about this dvd isit is very fast and effective. You may have a hard time doing everything eachtime but the time goes by so fast that you never even realize that you arealready done. So this doesn't give you the chance to get bored and is not sohard that will intimidate you. Also you feel like you have really worked outyour entire body after this.
