Worth getting up for!
Ive been doing this video for sometime now and it is my favourite. It is interesting, varied and fun once you pick up the moves. Petra is really lovely. It is the only dvd i can get out of bed to do and apart from pilates perfect body and Jessica Smiths knockout, this is my favourite.......I'm giving this 5 stars because I think the reviews and ratings have been a bit mean. I've done 1 of the 5 sections a few times and I really enjoy it. Petra is quirky and upbeat and I personally really like her. She explains everything clearly, but any dance dvd is going to take time to grasp. I've tried a little of all the other sections and I like them. I've done many pump it up dvd's and this is no harder. In facthe I like dvd's that take me a long time to pick up as it keeps me interested. This is a good warm up/cardiovascular workout for someone that likes variety, fun and a moderate dance based cardiovascular workout.

OK ish
I own other dvds in the 10 Minute Solutions title and they have been great. The woman in this is annoying and talks for the sake of talking. She isn't graceful with her execution of the exercises and doesn't really demonstrate the move well.

Fast but fun
I have about ten of the 10 minuts solution dvd's and I have to say that this is probably one of the ones that I enjoy the most. It has however been one of the most difficult ones that I have to catch on to, maybe that's why it's one of my favourites because it's not easy and therefore I haven't got bored with it.All of the sections are quite fast paced, the hardest section for me to get to grips with was the last section on the dvd, I still struggle sometimes now, but this just made me all the more determined to beat it, and it felt great when I finally got all the way through without making any mistakes. I do have a tendency to skip the dancer's silhouette section particularly if i'm short on time. If you persevere with the dvd and don't get downhearted and give up if you make mistakes then I think that this is one of the best.

The concept is great, but ...
I was really excited about this DVD, and then I actually tried to do it. The idea of 10 minutes of intense workout is great, however, the instructor assumes you are already adept at dancing/working out before setting off. It moves way too quickly to make sense, by the time you've got the hang of one move, two more have been added to the sequence. There should be a 'how to' added before the actual workouts.I loved the concept, but was disappointed with the reality.

Previous dance experience required!
I have approx 20 10MS DVDs and because I complete one most days I wanted something different/more challenging (physically & mentally) and this DVD is. I've only done it once so far and did find some of the choreography tricky but kept up with most of it and am confident I will have it down after a few goes. The moves work the abs/waist but I think it's also a good all round cardio workout. It cost less than one excercise class and it's a good addition to my collection. (N.B. If you want to focus on abs all Suzanne Bowen DVDs have great abs sections; Target Toning for beginners was my 1st 10MS and the best one to start with - challenging but slower pace/more instruction; if you want to dance but have less experience Flat Blasting Dance Mix or Dance Off Fat Fast have more instruction.)

Great Dance CD
I love the 10 minute series (own 8 or 9) and this did not disappoint. Basically it will take 4 or 5 goes to get the choreography just right, but although it's much more complicated than the first series, it is great and thoroughly enjoyable. Music is ok and I really like the instructor. If you dont like dance, go for a more basic aerobics DVD, as this will drive you nuts, my friend who loves circuits tried it and hated it - she got the carb blast one and likes it lots more.

save your money
got a few of the 10 min exercise dvds and they have all been good, fitted in with my lifestyle, and work quite well. this one i haven't a clue what she is doing,i am not the worlds best dancer but have had a few dance routine exercises and managed them not to badly. This one i put of after 5mins not a clue of the routine, no guidence from the instructure until it is to late so you you lose the rythm you had just got, tried to sit and watch it a few times but still didn't help. Tried to do all 5 programmes but it was a waste of time just kept getting frustrated with it. Save your money and buy a different dance dvd.
