I had a really bad reaction shortly after taking this product. I broke out in a sweat and was shaking. I was very weak. I also had stomach cramping and nausea.. It made me very weak.

This is my second bottle of Life Extension Thermo Weight Control that I'm on and it seems to be working for my appetite control & less cravings, as well as for little by little weight loss. I sometimes have to force myself to eat and sometimes I don't eat all day until dinner time and even then, I eat a small dinner and I feel full. I take as directed, but haven't done much of any exercise. I didn't really start noticing the appetite control effects and less cravings until about a week or so after starting to take them, so at least give it that long before you make a judgment call. I can tell you that these work - at least for me. So much so, that I purchased a second bottle before I completely ran out of the first one. The only thing you can do is try it and see if it works for you. If you don't notice any benefits after you're done with the first bottle then it probably isn't for you. But at least give it one complete bottle before giving up.

I was supposed to try this product and do a review, unfortunately I am allergic to one of it's ingredients. Sorry about that.

No effect, upsetting to my stomach.

No results yet but my thyroid is messed up so probably why. I don’t eat a lot either

The capsules are small and easy to swallow, had no taste or aftertaste, no detected scent and caused no gastric issues. Life Extension is a company known to market well researched, quality products and a favorite brand of many. Being on a weight loss quest incorporated this into my supplement routine and did note that I broke through a plateau following adding this for a week. It's hard to evaluate and prove it works but anecdotal evidence indicates may have helped me.
