Good Customer Service, product as expected
We ordered these robes and were mistakenly sent adult sizes. The seller was very communicative regarding the mistake and refunded the order and spoke to warehouse for future order to ensure the correct items were sent.The quality of the product is good and as expected for the price. The necklace was a big hit with our kids.The sizing runs small in our opinion (even on the adult ones we received originally on us) and there was a mixup in their Amazon size chart and how it’s sent to the warehouse. (We ordered Kids Medium which said 115-125 cm but came to their warehouse for the order as 115 so we received 95-115 cm which is a Small). The Seller is correcting this issue with the warehouse/Amazon now that it’s been brought to their attention.We would recommend the product and especially the seller as they were great about fixing any mistakes. Just order up a size and with time for returns in case needed.
