how can i change the lead

like you would with any other compass of this type. there is a wheel where the lead it attached. unscrew the wheel, remove any left over lead and input another piece of lead.

Can you provide information on what size leads should be bought for replacement leads for this compass?

The leads are 2mm, same standard size as drawing leads

This compass arrived with the lead broken off inside the holder. I cannot load a new piece or even get the old broken piece out help!!??

Unscrew the lead adjuster all the way until it comes off. There is a flat black piece that holds the lead in place. Remove that and the lead will slip right out. Put it back together and good 2 go. Just be careful to not over tighten bc that will break the lead as well
