I bought these because I got so tired of taking pill supplements that I stopped taking my vitamins altogether. I switched to gummies and that has definitely fixed my issue! I LOVE these!! Taste decent enough, not unpalatable just a bit grainy. No complaints here as this is a vitamin and not a snack pack of Haribo gummies. Been taking 2 a day during this awful Oregon winter and I can say confidently it does make a difference in my mood and sleep quality.
