Good stuff;Very speedy delivery, cheap, easy to assemble and use, relatively well made, with decent safety valve, works first time and keeps working.Neutral stuff;you really have to fiddle with it to get it set up correctly. Basic operation needs to be with the top two valves fully open, discharge valve ( in your hand ) fully open, and with the media valve valve on the bottom of the cylinder just open enough to get enough 'sand' into the blast stream - mine works well with that media valve less than 1/3rd open. If you need to regulate it, use a pressure regulator before the whole unit, rather than the fiddly ball valves that come with it.Not so hot;I didn't pay attention to the bit in the manual where it says the discharge valve ( in your hand when working ) needs to be fully open or fully shut - do NOT leave it part open to try and work as a flow regulator. I managed to get the discharge valve leaking past the seats within the first hour of operation by doing this.Other stuff;you need as big a compressor as you can find, buy a pack ( or five ) of spare nozzles up front, and buy loads of blast media. Blast into a closed bay or somewhere you can recover the media from - you will want to recycle it unless you have shares in the company that sells it.Use a decent crash hat, face shield, dust mask, and throat protection, be prepared to clean sand out of your batch afterwards......Absolute best point;as far as I can see this unit is identical to a branded version on sale at my local machinery market at exactly one hundred pounds more 8-)

I am a plumber and electrical engineer. I do my own STUFF. But for the price and quality of this piece of kit, you won't be even close to buying the BITS to construct it!!!!! Buy one! Read the manufacturers instructions! And use it!!!! I don't normally write reviews, as I buy loads of stuff on Amazon, but this warrants my time!!!!

This is a very functional device, needs a lot of playing to set it up appropriately and be aware that you will find frustrations with minor blockages, but I have used this successfully for a major project and I am very happy.
