dont use the bands/hand grips.
The directions are less than understandable. Just know, the back brace has holes in the back for screws after you attach it. if you are putting it together from the side/front, you will miss this. The booklet is well, garbage for instructions. nothing is really labeled on pieces and not the screws. It was easy enough to 'guess' though. The hand grips on the top? DONT TRUST THEM. they are flimsy. Im only 190lbs and when i hung' from the triangle hand grips on the top bar, i felt them 'give' in the middle. Freaked me out a bit. Now, on to the good news! This is smaller in width than you would think so its a really perfect fit for your living room or even bed room corner. Its on carpet and is not really wobbly even with almost 200lbs hanging on it. If you make sure you do not tighten much of anything until after its all together, go back and tighten it, it will stay sturdy on carpet. No 'falling forward' like most people comment. As for the brackets on the top and bottom for your hand grips and cords for strength, dont use the ones they come with on the bottom either. They will snap easily and so 'light' you wont get anything out of it. Even with your legs.I bought 120lbs of really great strength bangs, 20lbs a piece and better triangle grips for the top and bottom. As well as their latches they use to attach them. They are flimsy. Get rid of them and buy better ones. If you get better hand grips for hanging, better bungy/resistance bands and the lock to attach them to this device? THEY WILL stay put. Just put your feet on the bottom bars and it wont tip on you at all.Lastly, due to the handles in front of the elbow cushions and being extendible, i also bought a solid resistance band bar. If you lay it across right in front of the elbow cushions, you can start doing your training exercises for half squat pullups and full leg out pullups to get you ready to do your pullups from the top bar!I dont think this would hold 400lbs. at all. I dont know, but i know those grips and cords as well as the attachments to put them on the device are WORTHLESS. dont use them.Overall though, if you want to add better accessories, better brands, this structure will handle it really well. For the money i paid, i cannot fault the device. It was worth it.Just needs better instructions and accessories.

Product seemed to be used not brand new
Product came in ripped box which was expected due to shipping but the handle bar seem used as it has multiple finger prints on it. One of the slide bars has scratches and dent in one of the holes where you can tell its been used. It shakes pretty bad when doing dips not very stable. But for the price its decent.

Great Product
The tower was easy to build seems very sturdy. Only issue back bracing pad came damaged with a dent on 1 side. Other than that excellent product

Honestly Disappointed. Recommend for Light Weights.
Really wanted to like this. After looking at what felt like hundreds of similar power towers on Amazon and sporting goods retailers I decided on this one. Was super annoying because the price kept changing on it.Anyways, flash forward to it arriving. Arrived on time. Which is great with all the mail delays happening now.The assembly instructions weren’t too bad, although the wrenches they provide are junk. They stripped and I ended up cutting myself on a bolt because of it. You may want to use your own tools or go really really slow putting this together. After about 30 minutes the assembly was done. I gave it a quick testing and immediately knew it had to be returned. Although the flared base added to stability, one of the biggest annoyances with this tower are the armrests and the adjustable grips. The metal bar you insert into the armrest where you can select the distance of the grip is so much smaller than the bar you insert it to that there is wiggle that takes place. Not the most comforting feeling when you have your body weight in the air and your handles wobble up and down. The arm rests bases are also very narrow where they meet the metal. If you’re anything over 150lb or so I believe like me, those armrests are going to creak and wobble. The backrest adjustment was straight up useless. I basically had it the whole way back. Also, if you’re taller, you won’t be able to do a fully extended leg lift without your feet hitting the ground. Still good for tucking up your legs but not a sweep. In summary, if you’re under 175lb and under 5’6” I’d say go for it. If not, spare yourself. Because this was quite a workout disassembling and packing back up for return.

What you'd expect based on the product description and price
The price point is a plus for those not wanting to spend a ton on home gym equipment. The adjustability is nice for the hand grips and pull up bar but that also leads to my only real complaint about the product. The parts are adjustable but unscrewing the pieces screw and bolt and nut type pieces, removing them, adjusting the part then screwing the bolt and nut back together. It would be a great change to have a retractable pin of some kind that made for fast and simple adjustments so it doesn't take away from your workout. Sturdiness is pretty good for such a lightweight design and the oval tubing. The back rest could use a bit better bracing and may wear over time but only time will tell on that but the padding is sufficient. Given these minor complaints and the fair price point, this is a product I would recommend.

Great value
The media could not be loaded. My husband requested this for Christmas. I purchased and assembled and he's really happy with it. There were a LOT of pieces but I just used the instructions and set aside the pieces for each step and it went much more quickly than I expected - took about an hour. Highly recommend using ratchet/socket with the included wrench for assembly. This is very lightweight but sturdy - my only complaint is that I don't think the resistance bands really do anything, but that's a minor complaint.
