Good little grinder
It is a good little grinder just wish it mounted more securely.

Good for the money, but mostly for amateur diy
Motor is not that powerful as I expected, you might need to “kick-start” it sometimes. And it won’t grind heavy materials. Will work to polish something, minor grinding, etc.just don’t expect it to be professional grade machinery.

... it to be junk but it really is a nice little (VERY little) bench to grinder
i bought this thing half expecting for it to be junk but it really is a nice little (VERY little) bench to grinder. its definitely not for heavy use but i have used it on decent gauge metal and as long as you dont try to hog out too much material at once, it will do the job. the flex shaft was a very pleasant surprise. it really doesn't bog down much at all when in use.... i see this more as a decent flex shaft tool that happens to have a grinder and buffing wheel attached to it haha. all jokes aside i am pleased with this product. it is definitely not for heavy use but for people with very little space or hobbies that require small precise work this would work great!

Weak motor - LIGHT duty use only
Bogs down with slightest pressure; which makes the variable speed kind of useless, you have to set the speed on high so it doesn't completely stop. Very small work areas because of the housing design.Works great for small, LIGHT duty projects.I get enough use out of it, otherwise it wouldn't be worth the cost.

Great little item
Just remember that this is not very big but for our use… it’s perfect. My dad likes to sharpen his chisels and knives for wood carving. I use it for sanding rocks and buffing handmade jewelry. Great value for $50. Never heard of this manufacturer but much nicer than the junk at harbor freight.

Great for a small, light-duty grinder
My one tip before you buy would be to understand what you are getting; this thing is very small so don't buy it then complain that there's no room to work on it. It's a 3" wheel people. That being said I got a diamond grit cutting wheel and have been using this to cut down glass covers for light fixtures at my work. Instead of buying the "correct" part for $50 a piece I got some that were close for $7 on Grainger and about 5-10 minutes work to grind off a good bit from the edges and we're in business. No problems with the speed adjustment or the flexible attachment on mine.

Short Lived
Nice little grinder/polisher I bought for my wife to polish metal jewelry she creates. I put a 3" buffing wheel on and it worked terrific. It was difficult to tighten the nuts on the wheel since there is no shaft lock and putting a wrench on the opposite wheel nuts only result in loosening one as you tighten the other. However, after about an hour of total run time...it quit. I could get it to start by turning it on and spinning the wheel by hand for a couple turns, but after a few starts, the wouldn't work either. I replaced the brushes with the replacements they provided and that worked for another few starts, but then it failed again.Amazon Customer Product Support was a joke. They asked the most ridiculous questions...obviously reading from a script. Due to a family emergency, we did not get to use the grinder for more than 30 days from when I ordered it and Amazon would not accept a return. They did, however, connect me with the manufacturer. Their representative was terrific and they sent me a replacement right away and told me to keep the inoperative unit. We haven't used the replacement yet, so we don't know if it will work or not.

Won't last 1 year
For 50 bucks is ok. It's compact and serves more than one function, with the dramel being a plus. But the power and built quality are underwhelming. Mine just went out today after very light use over 9 months. I think thay on the instructions to not use for more than 10 min straight. I probably used it for 2 hours straight today and it fried. Overall it's a toy for people that are uncertain if they want to pursue a certain hobby or not. If you like whatever you're doing, be prepared to buy something more powerful and not a 2 in 1 tool. Buy them separately. This is a good idea in theory, but if your going to use the dramel for hours, don't even get this one. I'm getting a Flex shaft dramel this time around.
