No Need for a Seed Starter Tray Hydroponic System!
I have an Aerospring and these cups fit perfectly. Beyond that, one can start seeds right in the rockwool because you place the 6" rope thru the cube (or, I suppose, alongside the cube), plant your seed/s and place the cube w/ rope it in the cup. Moisten the cubes, start your pump and timer, and the seeds get plenty of water. The rope mimics a root system to draw water into the cube w/ the seeds. Start seeds right in the Aerospring. No waiting until roots exit the cubes in a tray. No more worrying about watering the tray or making sure mold isn't growing on the seedlings. In addition, the rockwool cubes are sturdy and don't fall apart easily as some products do. (The cubes that come with the Aerospring are sturdy, too. Some other rockwool products, not so much.)

Work perfectly
I tried different medium in my hydroponic garden. These worked perfectly. We’ve had great herbs and lettuce for a long time. Highly recommend.

Specs on net cup
I loved the set when it arrived. Started my seedlings but noticed that the net cups were slightly smaller than the net cup tray, so when placing the net cups into the holder they would slip through. The net cup was listed at 2in but was measued on my calipers to be 1.9655in (+/- .001) while the net cup tray measured 2.0615in (+/- .001). I ended up using some tape on the edges to expand the diameter of the net cup to make sure that they would not slip through. All in all still a great product along with the price. Just be aware that it might not be exactly 2in or 3in diameter net cups and might slip through.

Rockwool cubes were easy to use I separated mine before I soaked them
I bought the Rockwool cubes and was a little concerned after I receive them about how hard it would be to get them apart. It’s not hard it’s simple I separate mine before soaking them.

Not 2" net pots, as stated.
This set of YUNVI 72 Sets Rockwool Cubes for Hydroponics with Net Pots was, I thought, exactly what I needed for greens in my Kratky style coffee tubs. The net pots are not even close to being the 2 inches that is stated. They fall into my drilled holes, as they are really only 1.5". One half inch makes a big difference, unless you are just starting out. The rockwool is okay, but a bit too messy, as it cracks easily. Not what I was expecting.

Good kit; working on fit
I was hoping I'd be able to use my Kratky mason jar lid inserts with these, but the holes are slightly too small. If I were to take a knife to them and cut off to the outside of the Aerogarden-style notches, they would work. So now I'm trying to come up with something else to make my own lid inserts. The Aerogarden baskets are too small for what I need (growing out alpine strawberries for ultimate transplanting outside), and these will be just right. Just need to find something to seat them in. The rock wool is going to be a lot better than those easily molding peat-style pods.
