The first time I used this driver I used it for about two hours and it worked. After I was finished I checked the screws on the front of the grease bolt because it says to "tighten after every use", three of the six crews were stripped from the manufacturer. The second time I used this driver, after about an hour of use, the reciprocating "pounding" gear locked up. Motor runs great but the bottom half of the machine locked up to the point that you can smell the centrifugal clutch burning. I paid $300 and got three hours of use out of it. $100 per hour is one way to look at it, DO NOT BUY THIS POST DRIVER!!!!!

Unit looks decent. Owners manual is horrible. Nowhere in the owners manual does it say anything about a recommended oil for the crank case. This is a 4 stroke so no oil in the gas, but I would like a recommendation on the crank case oil. I'll add to my review after the 300' of chainlink posts are driven this weekend.After much use : absolutely love this thing! Drove my posts for 300' of 5' chain link and even did another 90' of chain link posts for a customer. Neighbor has even borrowed it. Starts on the first or second pull every time. Very nice driver!
