Lotsa Uses for These
You can make a bunch of doughballs and ripen them in this convenient proofing case, but if you're not using it for dough, its uses as a container are many and varied. No complaints. Strong gauge plastic boxes suitable for food and other storage.

The Pizza Dough Proofing Box is a great box to proof pizza dough or other small shaped loaves. When not proofing dough, you can use the handy containers to store and transport your baked goods.

Good for home and occasional use
These proofing boxes are ok. I have seen similar at a local restaurant and have an Ooni Pizza Oven that I like to use when entertaining. With that, we make a lot of pizza.I washed them in the dishwasher before using them and one came out slightly warped. Placing it inside the other one and snapping on the lid seemed to straighten it.In addition to proofing dough, I can see using them for transporting a pan of cornbread, a cake or some cupcakes or cookies.

Works great for my sourdough pizza.
I like to make pizzas using my sourdough starter and these are perfect for letting the dough proof until I am ready to use it. I have been making dough balls and letting them proof in my refrigerator overnight to make pizza the following day. These boxes work great for proofing the dough in the refrigerator. Perviously I could only make my pizza dough a day in advance because it would dry out if I left it in the refrigerator any longer. These boxes have made it possible for me to make dough for several pizzas at a time. In these proofing boxes the dough keeps well enough my family can use them over the course of the week. One thing I really like about these boxes is that the dough does not stick in the box. The boxes also stack nicely in my refrigerator saving a little space.

Not worth the money.
Cheap thin plastic. Probably wouldn't last a month. Definitely won't seal in moisture for the dough.

Not impressed
I got these because I'm making a lot of pizzas after acquiring a new pizza oven and fancy mixer. The size is also perfect for my refrigerator. However, that's about the only good thing I can say about them. The description says "built to last", but they won't. The plastic is very thin and brittle. These are not quality pizza dough boxes by any stretch, and are highly overpriced for what they are. I waited over a month to get them and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I cannot recommend these.
