This is an excellent set, not for collectors, but nevertheless a beautiful item. You dare not make a bad move with this set. The chessmen have no added weight but very stable on the board. They look good and feel great. The board is excellent but do not lean on it as it will break. I procrastinated in this purchase but I wish I had not, it really is very good value.

Bought as a present and was very well received. Nice looking and made very well. Well packaged and arrived within stated time would recommend.

The chess set looks nice, but the quality seems poor for the price. Lightweight pieces that lack any feel of solidity.

The chess set came in excellent condition, I was a bit wary of buying this item since its expensive and I didn't know how they would come to be like, but its totally worth it. The pieces were bigger than i expected them to be but that was not an issue, at least I know I can't lose these now 😂.Thank you very much ,I am extremely happy with this order.

I originally bought a larger version but returned it as it was much bigger than expected and there was a small amount of damage to the internal section. I expected this one to be similar which it is but a slightly lighter colour and much nicer, it looks more expensive than it was and is a perfect size. I have bought it to replace a travel version which was way too small and awkward, so that my 10 year old grandson can teach me to play chess and I think he will be very pleased with it.
