3 out of 4 probes are not working. Not even returning or replacing the product. Can u help.

Does it's Job.

It does it's Job . Average quality. Just be careful always switch off and on after connecting to power. Sometimes it give heavy electric shock. So 1st touch with finger , once you find ok then only put on hair or face
