It's so small
Got this to replace a Windows 10 desktop that was not upgradable to Windows 11. Well worth the money. Easy to set up and has two HDMI jacks so I could hook up two monitors. Has a tiny footprint and so far, has performed flawlessly.

Great little PC - WOW
Got the Mini IT12 (i7, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Win 11 Pro) on Feb 27, 2024. Set up was very easy even though it took almost 2 hours for Windows 11 update with fast internet. Purchased to run 4 IP security cameras using Blue Iris. It is working flawlessly, fast, and practically no fan noise as some users complain. The 1TP internal SSD is super fast as compared to my Microsoft Surface Pro 8 (i7, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Win 11 Pro). The Read is 2x faster (4 MB/sec) and Write is almost 4 times faster (4.4 MB/sec). Using a 4K monitor/TV and the display quality is very good.The Surface Pro 8 stutters when using Google Earth. The GEEKOM Mini PC IT12 runs the Google Earth flawlessly while still operating my 4 High Resolution IP Security cameras. MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro work without any issue.I am really impressed with the performance of this Mini PC. No more skeptical of purchasing a Mini PC. The MS Surface Pro 8 cost me $1,000 as compared to $500 for Mini PC with 2-4 times better performance. Every component in this Mini PC is working flawlessly and far superior over my MS Surface Pro 8 that I own.I will update as the time goes on regarding long term performance of this Mini PC.

Nice liitle PC
Been using ot for a month +. Easy to set up, works great. I like the extra RAM for my business apps. Came with Win 11 Pro, also a plus.

Great buy if you don't absolutely need eye candy
It's amazing how much power they can pack into one of these tiny boxes. If you laid your smart phone on top of this computer, it would hang over about an inch top and bottom. It's easy to install an additional interior drive (I took a 1 TB out of my old tower and installed it in about 5 minutes). All in all, I've got almost 6 TGB of storage using a USB docking station.It's quick, QUIET, and so far, I'm quite happy with it. My only downer is that, for gamers, you're not going to be able to play games that need an RTX 4090 graphics card. However, the Iris Xe graphics engine is good enough to handle some less demanding games like No Man's Sky, Shapez 2, Captain of Industry, Cataclismo, and Going Medieval. So, unless you really need to pay over $1K more for an RTX 4090 system, this is a good bet.

Geekom Working Great
I'm not a computer expert but my Geekom mini desktop is working great, loads fast. I digital art using Sketchbook and Affinity. Have not had a chance to use them ?ch since setting up, but what little I have done is working as expected. I do believe the Geekom will fit my need perfectly for the price point...

Only Good For Light Duty
Compact, powerful, and a great value for the money until... This unit was in daily use for several months before I realized that the cheap SSD in it was corrupting files. After realizing that I tasked it to transfer several gigabytes of files on to our NAS device. Apparently the unit has no thermal management, because part way thru that task the processor melted itself, leaving me with a rather expensive paper weight. Don't buy this if you expect to do any serious processing with it.

Solid computer but fan noise! Updated
Just received a Mini IT 12. Works great and on my desktop BUT the fan kicks on full for any load. Even just sitting idle with no apps open. Already changed the bios to quiet mode. This makes it start out silent but the fan kicks on after a minute. I would return this if there is no fix. Hope their support can help me.Update: After only about a day Customer Service reached back out to me, my fault as I contacted the wrong group. They provided a BIOS solution to install and it works!! Now I can't hear it under normal load and while surfing or watching videos.Great little machine , capable of playing Halo albeit not at the higher specs.For surfing and every day, it's almost instantaneous. Boots to Win 11 in maybe 10 seconds.I'll update again if anything changes but I like this.
