I have just had my desk for a couple of days and the control display shows an error of E10 and the desk will not move up or down. Any advice?

In the instruction booklet, there is information about what each error code means. That’ll give you your answer :)

Would this fit over a 4 foot 6 inch double bed width wise and can you confirm there is no back bar at the bottom?

The top is 4 1/2 ft wide. How could the space between the legs be wider? No bars at the bottom.

What is the difference between the splice board and whole board? I heard the splice is not as sturdy?

I assume you mean the desk top which comes in three pieces. However once fitted together the desk is very secure and sturdy. I have three large monitors on mine and it feels very safe.

I got one but is it safe to put 4 monitor 27” to it? Can it lift them safely

Yes. I have my PC and a 34 inch ultrawide on my desk, lifts them no problem
