One rcvd with tv broke, this one works great!

This paired easily, but that's more a function of the TV than this remote. Once paired, there are three main problems:1. Occasionally the volume will just turn up without touching any buttons, and in order to correct getting blasted out of our viewing area, I had to run to the surround sound amp and manually turn it to the desired level and take the batteries out of the remote. This happened most often when viewing the Netflix app.2. The scroll wheel does not work the way it did on the OEM remote - it would scroll channels up and down when I had no intention of changing channels - particularly on the YouTube TV app.3. The mute button brings up the audio assist settings, and it defaults to "yes" such that if you're not paying attention, the next time you push a button the TV announces what button you pushed. (And the audio assist announcements are much louder than the volume set on the TV.)I just ordered the OEM version and will retire this one.

Good price and fast delivery. I popped in a couple batteries and had the RF connection made within a few seconds with only couple button presses. The pointer doesn’t work the same way as the original. Shaking the original remote turns on the pointer, on this remote the only way I can get the pointer to work is to spin the scroll wheel.Now for the flaw… the firmware very frequently thinks I am holding. the buttons when I only clicked it. This happens on many of the buttons. Especially annoying though, are the volume buttons and the navigation (up,down,left,right) buttons. The volume very quickly can go to max or min, and going through menus will take me two or three pages in just a second or two.Update. Now a two stars rating. Another annoying flaw. The remote goes to sleep after a few minutes, so it always takes an extra button press. This is the result of poor programming or poor choice of processor. I’ve never had a remote in my life ever go to sleep.

Works as promised.

It was easy to pair with my LG ThinQ AI 55 inch TV. The faults of this controller is that it works remotely by itself. While watching TV and not even touching the remote the volume will increase from 13 to 75 and you can not stop it but turn off power. The infrared red arrow cursor will come on only when it wants to and not when you try to activate the cursor. Most of the time it does not even show up on screen. The mic on the controller will not work on command. Never would listen and box on screen states mic is not working.I had hoped this controller would eventually work as buttons were used more but still has a mind of its own. It does turn the TV on/off.

The first day or so this remote was great. It paired quickly and worked great. After several days the delay showed up. Every click has about a 1 second delay to the action on the screen. It’s incredibly frustrating. It often says it’s unpaired and repairs. I do not recommend this product.

Paired with my LG tv with just a push of a button. The included directions were humorous. They are in about 20 languages, unfold like a map and basically say follow your tv manual. Needs 2 AA's not included. I got this as a spare to use across the room. With my magic link only one remote will have complete functionality, since I paired this one it's going to be the main remote. Any extra remotes do not give you a pointer. Still work for basic controlling though. Having an extra around really helps.
