This product is a lifesaver for anyone who has a mouse problem in their home or garden
This product is a lifesaver for anyone who has a mouse problem in their home or garden. It is a set of five rolls of steel wool that can be cut and stuffed into any gaps, holes, or cracks where mice or other pests can enter. The steel wool is thick and strong, and it resists chewing and gnawing by rodents. It also does not rust or corrode, and it allows air to flow through. It comes with a pair of gloves to protect your hands from the sharp edges of the steel wool. I have used this product to seal the holes around my pipes, vents, siding, and garage door, and I have not seen any signs of mice since then. It is very easy to use and effective. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to keep their home or garden pest-free.1

The two rolls together measure 13 ft
The only down I can find is that the description led me to believe there were two 13 ft rolls, when in fact the total length of the two rolls is 13 feet. Otherwise, this is the coarse 0000 steel wool that you would use to block crevices from rodents. Time will tell if it works. It was easy to apply. Some reviews complained it was sharp and cut their hands, I did not find this to be the case.

The best solution to get mice out in a home
I experimented with various products to address the persistent mouse issue in my home, and it wasn't until I discovered the efficacy of metal mesh that I saw real results. Identifying and sealing all potential entry points became a crucial step in my battle against mice. Despite having door stoppers in place, I observed mice still gaining access from beneath the doors. To counter this, I replaced the door stoppers and strategically applied metal mesh to fill gaps around the doors, particularly focusing on the corners. In addition to reinforcing entry points, I implemented glue traps throughout the house to capture the mice. This method proved successful in trapping and eliminating those already inside. It's been two months since I adopted this comprehensive approach, and I am pleased to report a mouse-free environment. Successfully eradicating mice requires dedication and consistency, as these rodents are persistent and resourceful. In my pursuit of a solution, I discovered that some exterminators were more interested in recurring monthly fees than in addressing the root causes of the mouse problem. Therefore, I took matters into my own hands, emphasizing the importance of personal diligence.I highly recommend incorporating metal mesh into your strategy and maintaining a consistent routine of cleaning and inspecting your living space. Dealing with mice is not a quick fix, but with patience and the right approach, it can be achieved. I share this review with the hope that it proves beneficial in helping others overcome similar mouse-related challenges. While these creatures may be cute, I firmly believe they belong outside, not in our homes.

This is MUCH thicker gauge than I'm used to
This works! I needed it to fill chew holes in the shed and it does that very well! I am, however, now nursing several nasty cuts on my fingers because this is made of MUCH heavier, thicker stands of steel than I'm used to and it cut right through the rubber gloves I wore for the task.So make sure that you have on some good heavy gardening or leather gloves when handling and pulling this apart! Regular kitchen gloved did NOT stand up to it, it sliced right through them and into my finger tips.
