Broken strap
The product worked like it was supposed to, but unfortunately after about a month, the strap holding the trapeze broke. Thankfully it was over the bed so my husband didn’t fall. He did hit himself in the head.

The holes for wall mount are useless I drilled 2 hole at center so the will akign with a stud
After drilling holes in each wall mount, I used mt stud finder and installed the unit.After it was done, me spouse said it was PERFECT.

Hardware issues
Bolts screw strip, cheap , cheap carter pins bar had damage at end easlier cheap meatal the stop dlip groves should go further back over price would be acceptable at 29.99

Hahging brackets need additional holes for use on walls with typical 2x4 wall stud construction
To use this device the hanging brackets need to have additional holes drilled in them if you are going to use this on a traditional wood frame house construction. Given that once the needed holes are added it works well.
