It’s not like coke or pepsi but it is a nice cola flavor for sparkling water.

I know this is in fact for baking, but I'm using it to kick my Diet Coke addiction. I put 3 drops of this over ice (using an eyedropper) and add 6-8 drops of NOW Stevia, then pour in a can of seltzer water. It's not exactly like Coke, certainly not exactly like Diet Coke, but it's similar enough that I'm not having cravings. And at that rate, this 1-oz bottle is going to last awhile.I was able to use the dropper lid off a different bottle--it fit perfectly.My only concern is that the ingredients aren't exactly natural, though I doubt any of them are as bad for one as aspartame! They include "Artificial Flavors" (that's not vague), Caramel color (why?!), Water, Polysorbate 80, citric acid, and Propylene glycol." None are considered carcinogenic or toxic, but I'm still going to try kola nut extract to see if it's anywhere near as tasty. In the meantime, this does the trick... and I bet it's good in baked goods, too!

Will give 3 stars out of benefit of doubt I missed something. I put 3 drops of this white, milky liquid in carbonated water and it produced lemon flavor. I did not taste a hint of "Cola".

What is this? Its white like milk, doesnt smell or taste like cola, strong chemicle taste ( tried a teeny bit on my finger) just no.Got refund.

I am totally thrilled with this product! I was in love with Le Croix Le Cola, but they have taken it off the market for some reason. I then moved to Target's Cherry Cola water and the Dr. Midnight, both unsweetened waters. Then they were taken off the market! I was searching high and low for a substitute and came upon these drops! With 3-4 drops, this turns a can of bubbly water into virtually the same as the Le cola! I will be buying this regularly! And what a savings!

It wasn't bad, just very peppery. Not in a biting way, but distracting like table pepper. However, these things are hard to find and it was alright. I like that I could add whatever sweetener or artificial sweetener I prefer. It was easy to mix with soda water. It didn't take much per serving so it lasts a while. Good to have something. Since there is no phosphoric acid, it is not hard on your kidneys the way dark-colored sodas are.

I am a sugar addict, and the main thing I crave is cola. I also have low blood sugar...hypoglycemia, so I have to be very careful about not eating or drinking things with sugar or high amounts of carbs. I have been desperate to find a substitute for sodas. I like to use stevia, so when I saw the flavored cola stevia , and read someones review for adding this also to carbonated water, I bought it! I really like it! Dont get any hopes up for real coca-cola flavorimg, but like another reviewer wrote...it is like RC cola. It gives enough of the smell and taste of a real cola to satisfy my desperate addicted self without spiking my blood sugar. I like to mix a few drops of this with cola flavored stevia and carbonated water, mix with a spoon...and pour over ice. I am grateful for it, and will keep purchasing this.

This taste just like classic cola, think cola gummies, Boylan Soda or RC Cola. If you are looking for something to mimic coke - this does not have that kind of bite. Definitely an old fashioned cola flavor! delicious.

I used the cola flavoring for gummies and it's really good!! You need to add citric acid and have a well balanced recipe to get the flavor right

Not an awful product, in my opinion it's just not very flavourful and so not worth it at that volume. Flavour is good but definitely not super strength.

I don't know if I got a spoiled bottle or if this is just how the flavoring is but it was milky white and tasted very "off"with almost a turpentine smell. Didn't use it and bought a cola syrup instead for flavoring icing.

There are a few distinct cola flavourings out there, this is one of them. Don't be surprised if it doesn't taste exactly like the cola flavour your are used to, however it is certainly pleasant.. no complaints. Gummies and lollipops were good.
