Very strong cherry smell. I love it, some may not. I really love the taste and a little does go a very long way.

Good but not for wine

I've used this fantastic oil for years. The flavor is AMAZING, it seriously tastes like fresh, ripe summer cherries as long as you don't overuse it. A little goes a long way so a bottle really lasts. LOVE this.

I don't think I want to use this.

Great flavor! I purchased this to use in lip balms, and they came out fantastic. I didn't have to use too much, and the flavor/scent was not overpowering. I will definitely use this again.

Added a half teaspoon to a batch of cookie dough, which was about the right amount (for reference, the recipe I made for ricotta cookies had 4 cups of flour so you can get a rough idea of how much to use). The flavor was, as my wife said, mostly almond with a hint of something else as an aftertaste that you could maybe describe as cherry.The flavor was not bad; just not really cherry. If it tasted too medicinal, I would suggest using less.Given the price, I would not recommend it and will look for an alternative.

Smells great flavor great

I have used this to enhance the flavour of our home grown cherries in jam and pies and was very happy with it. I teamed it with almond flavouring too which worked well. It is very strong so go easy!
