I was hesitant to buy these because 1. I have a latex/rubber allergy and 2. I was worried they would snap. But these are great quality and don't irritate my skin at all! I have 3 shedding dogs at home, so dog fur is everywhere. I was so concerned about them on the ground and collecting fur, but they don't. The resistance strength variety is actually quite impressive and perfect for different body groups. I have not once experienced a snapped band. Overall, I would absolutely recommend! These work great for resistance when I’m working out my arms and legs. I have 2 bands at home and 2 at work. Very durable and inexpensive. Very happy with purchase.

So far so good. But im not a great exerciser. A person who works out constantly might have another opinion. But it works for me.

These were cheap so I gave them 4 stars instead of tanking them. They are very thin (can see through see pic) roll when using them (see pic), pinch your skin even when wearing pants. They are functional but I do not expect them to last long. They do come with a bag also made cheaply. There's a little instruction book which was helpful. They work but have some issues. You get what you pay for.

I have used these a few times now to be sure of a good review. The rubber dose not irritate the skin and it is very smooth. The bands are of a very nice quality and the tension is pretty good. I love the level of tension options in the pack. They also come with a storage bag as well to keep them safe for storage.

I bought this because they were relatively cheap, and i can see why. the bands are pretty thin and provide really limited resistance. Following use i wipe them down to keep them clean, and they still end up sticking together, pretty significantly. i dont care for the cloth bands, but those have greater surface area and usually stronger resistance. I dont see these lasting for even a year. Besides that, I've already surpassed the resistance so I need to upgrade to newer bands. Dont be cheap like me. Find a wider, thicker band and utilize them for longer with better results.

Great quality and excellent value on these resistance bands for exercise and workouts. They are very comfortable and comes with multiple strengths depending on your needs. I use them at home and work as well as the ones at my gym. Provides good support and a wide range of motion for stretches. Highly recommended.

My physio was sell 1 band for the same price as all of them and it was identical

NOT better than the name brand ones!! These things are garbage. First time the XX-Heavy snapped after about 2 weeks. This is the second set. XX heavy broke after a couple weeks so I started using X heavy with a light band. Snapped again. Also I need to mention I am only using them on clamshell exercises. Not extreme at all. Buy cheap, buy twice.
