Best HMO supplement I’ve ever taken for my gut — I’ve experienced improvements in digestion, clarity, energy, and endurance. An amazing product to say the least!

Been making homemade yogurt in the instant pot for over a year. Took a bit to find the perfect temp, time, brand of local milk, plus ratio of half and half to get the thickest and most consistent results. Been very happy with this results. Adding this helped take our yogurt game to the next level, increasing thickness and flavor. Originally recommended when researching and experimenting with less hardy but more therapeutic strains that require lower temps and longer incubation, but find it enhances or regular Bulgarian strain results as well. Bit expensive, but my jar has lasted a long time given the small amounts needed for each batch. Highly recommend for up leveling your yogurt game.

Great stuff, I truly think it’s been working. I’ve been taking this project mostly consistently the last 2 years with some of their other products. After 6 months of every day use I started seeing some subtle changes that I’m pretty sure where placebo affect. That being said I feel like it’s alittle over priced. Again great company that’s purely science and result based.

I add this when I make yogurt to help strengthen the bacteria that is culturing.

I didn't notice any benefit, and it is ridiculously expensive!
