Nice backpack but lacks security
The bag is OK in general but has some design flaws.1. The top hook that is supposed to hold the main compartment is sliding on the straps. For the hook to hold your gear secure the main compartment must be packed full, otherwise, the hook will slide loose on the straps that hold it.2. The backpack utilises the same water-tightening method as drybags but again if the main compartment is not full it will simply unfold as nothing will hold it.3. On the outer side of the backpack are located 2 pockets. One pocket is zipped and due to a design flaw if it's raining water will accumulate in the V-shaped zip. The other pocket is not zipped and fills like a micro-pool if you are under severe rain as nothing will stop it from not doing that ;)4. The top part of the shoulder straps is a bit narrow and flat. So if a backpack is heavy it could cause hand numbness (perhaps restricting blood flow or something similar). At least it didn't work for me.I have multiple Osprey backpacks and love the brand but this one is definitely not the best one. I use it for my everyday life but unfortunately not for outdoors.

Stylish and Reliable with a Small Reservation
Osprey's Zealot 30 Backpack is a perfect fusion of style and practicality, serving as a reliable companion for all urban and climbing adventures. Here's my full experience with it:Ample Space: 30 liters might seem like a standard size for many, but in the Zealot 30, it feels like a cavern. It comfortably accommodates all my essentials, whether I'm hitting the trails or navigating the urban jungle.Design Aesthetics: The design is not just functional; it's visually appealing too. I've received numerous compliments, reinforcing the fact that this backpack is a true style statement.Zipper Concerns: While the overall construction and quality are commendable, the zipper design does give me pause. Running from top to bottom, I'm concerned about its long-term durability. There's also the potential security risk in crowded areas, where someone could easily pull it down, leaving the backpack partially open. It's a design choice that I hope Osprey reconsiders in future iterations.Balanced Capacity: Despite its spacious interior, the backpack design ensures it can't be overloaded, which I appreciate. It encourages me to pack smarter and ensures the weight is always manageable. In conclusion, the Osprey Zealot 30 Urban Climbing and Commute Backpack is almost perfect. Its blend of style, space, and structure makes it a top choice for anyone looking for a versatile backpack. While I have reservations about the zipper, the overall excellence of the backpack makes it deserving of a full five stars. Highly recommended!

Great Rock Climbing Bag!
I love this backpack as it fits everything I need. I WFH so I wouldn’t need this as a commuter rock bag but I do like having clothing and other items separate from all the chalk. Keeps everything clean!Only thing is that when you fill the front compartment up the main compartment gets pretty slim so I don't know how effective this bag would be to take outdoors. I only Boulder and I still think it might be too small as a 30L because of how its built with the two separate compartments.Otherwise for a gym bag its great and maybe a great outdoor bag! I need to test that still :)
